Signed contract on August 1st to have a prefab sun porch installed over existing concrete slab. Ninety days later, and $ 7,000 out of my pocket and nothing is done, NOTHING! They say they are waiting for permits and yet the city says they have not filed for any. Time for a good lawyer! Beware of them.
