No showed at 3am. Was promised several free rides and funds to make up for taking a different cab and they never delivered on their promise. In fact, though they knew they screwed up, they still charged me full fair on a completely different ride. I was lucky they showed up the second time!

Great, friendly, reliable service. We highly recommend Savannah’s Day & Night Taxi. Very thorough and professional. Had to get my teens from the Savannah Airport to Hilton Head at midnight. On the phone, Latisha the owner, was super friendly and helpful to organize the ride ahead of time. On the day, the car driver contacted me several times via phone and text to let me know he was there at the airport waiting and then when he was on the way and when had delivered the teenagers to our relatives house. On the return trip the driver was early and everything went very smoothly. This car service was awesome! I had no worries. We will definitely use Savannahs Day & Night Taxi again.

I knew nothing about the area and how to get a cab, I found good reviews here and gave them a call the day I needed it for that evening. They were nice, and professional and also personable. I was travelling from the savannah airport to Hilton head. I told them about my return plans and called the day before and they had already penciled me in. Very nice and helpful

I would just like to thank this taxi service for its wonderful treatment of my mother. I was not able to take her to the airport because of work and Savannah’s Day and Night Taxi showed up not only on time, but early, to the location to pick her up. The driver was very polite and sweet and got my mother to her flight safely. Savannah is not known for reliable or friendly cabs, but this is the exception!

This great cab driver just gave us a ride back to our hotel from the river street area. He was funny, nice, and a real pleasure to ride with. The cab was a sweet mini van with flowers on the dash that apparently belong to his wife. I thought it was funny. :)
Highly recommend these guys for a safe, fast, and affordable ride around Savannah.

My husband & 2 friends used this taxi company for dinner plans & then to the airport the next day — awesome service! Our driver showed up early for both, taxi (van) was very clean, and fare was less expensive than other companies we used over the weekend. They accept credit cards & our driver was very personable yet professional. We won’t use anyone else when we return!

Up until we found Day &Night Taxi we had a horrible time with taxis in Savannah.
This time we needed to be at the Amtrak Station at 3:30 am so we could board the train for Disney. In the past we’ve had taxis not bother showing up at all– Day and Night was waiting outside our house 5 mins early. One of the owners was driving, the van was super clean, and she was a delight to talk to as she drove us to our destination. We will definitely be using Day & Night for our future taxi needs!
