WORSE experience EVER!!! I was scheduled to have a procedure. I had prepped 24 hours prior only to show up for my appointment to be told I would have to reschedule because their was a «lack of communication» on their behalf. I would have been using new insurance on this visit and I get it… my insurance, my responsibility to know the ins and outs of my policy… BUT having talked with three different «gatekeepers» prior to the appointment you would think that one would have discussed the financials with the patient. This is beyond bad business practice!!!

Very unprofessional and unorganized bill department staff, to include Lynn the CEO. Had a payment plan setup and when I called to make the last payment in full (EARLIER than the proposed payment dates each month) they told me account was getting ready to be sent to collections. I have filed a complaint with the BBB for the unprofessional behavior displayed by the employee and the CEO regarding my simple inquiry as to why my account was in queue to be sent to collections. Also, to this day I have never received any type of statement regarding a summary of charges since the original procedure 4 months ago! I had to ask the insurance company what my charges due were and then I called this office to setup the payment plan in FEAR of it going to collections since they hadn’t sent me anything. The CEO told me it is the patient’s responsibility to ensure the account is paid in full… well gee no kidding! I’m the one who’s called each month to make the payments since I received NOTHING to indicate what the balance was in the first place!
