Victory Drive Self Storage

I went to my storage unit over the weekend to move in a couch and one of the rental trucks they have was blocking my storage unit. I called and left a message and never heard back from anyone. I finally went up to the storage unit and showed them a picture and explained how I thought it was very poor customer service that I did not receive a call back. They told me their phones had gone out and they never received the message. As she told me about the phones it was as though it was my fault that they never got my message. I cancelled my storage unit after this considering I got the feeling it was just too bad it happened and there was nothing that could be done. Even after contacting corporate again the attitude was well that happens sometimes. I’m sure if I didn’t pay my bill on time and told them «sometimes it happens» that it wouldn’t be a good enough answer for them to not charge me late fees. I would never rent from them again as long as they get your money they don’t care about any problems you have.

Great management as well as flexible. Fair prices too!
In terms of finding a great local business this is one of those that I would recommend to anyone looking for storage in Savannah.
