Located in Savoy, Illinois, Cosmetic Plastic Surgery is situated only two miles from the University of Illinois at the Urbana-​Champaign campus. Our facility is one of the most modern in the country. We offer ample parking plus the convenience of a circular driveway. This feature allows vehicles to park in a covered, protected area immediately in front of the entrance to safely drop-​off and pick-​up patients before and after surgery.

Our facility operates under standards equal to the safety, quality assurance and emergency response capabilities (in the extremely unusual event of an emergency) as a hospital would. The facility was designed with the understanding that our first responsibility is to see that our patients receive the best care we can provide.

I had a simple procedure done over twelve years ago by Dr. Castillo and it was the worse experience ever. Dr. Castillo was curt, insensitive and arrogant and did a terrible job. Not only did he not fix my little problem but he created a bigger problem! My mistake was believing in him and confusing his rudeness with competence. Please be careful and cautious. Do your research and get second opinions. I wish I would have!

After a lifetime of poor choices such as smoking, nutrition, and sun tanning, my face had accelerated signs of photo aging and clearly displayed my decisions. I sought professional solutions and after consulting with three different cosmetic physicians in Champaign, I decided to go with Cosmetic Plastic Surgery.
I choose them because I was not pressured, and instead was clearly informed of what solutions would be optimal and those that would not. In the end, I opted for CO2 Micro-​Fractional Laser Resurfacing and my results are phenomenal.
From beginning to end, the staff was professional, considerate, confident, and concerned about my expectations and overall well-​being. In fact, I was given the cell number of the skincare and laser specialist because the office was to be closed over the holidays. The day after the procedure, I had to reach out to her because I was concerned about my facial conditions and needed to know if the results were typical. Roxanne was generous, considerate, and helpful. Her calm demeanor and clear instructions afforded me to be reassured that all was well.
I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic as I believe you will not find a better group of cosmetic professionals downstate. The care and concern extends beyond the procedure. Beyond this, it works. I have at least 10 years removed from my face, in a relatively short amount of time and with minimal discomfort. If you are considering a new you, I recommend you schedule an appointment with the Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Center. The professionals are stellar and I believe you will not be disappointed!
