History
Established in 2005.
Thanks to a generous donation from a local family, the Village of Savoy was able to open the Savoy Recreation Center in the late summer of 2005.

Tiffany D.
Manager
The Village of Savoy had hoped to one day build a recreation center. With the generous donation from a local family, it became a reality. Tiffany DeSpain was hired to open the facility in 2005. She has a degree in Parks and Recreation Administration from Illinois State University.
