We specialize in Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, Maine State Housing and Reverse Mortgages and are licensed in Maine and New Hampshire.

History

Established in 1995.

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) was founded in 1998 by loan originators to service the unique needs of loan originators. We keenly understand that our organization is only as good as our loan originators’ capabilities in creating an unmatched customer experience for their borrowers and referral partners. With this legacy in mind, every decision is made with consideration for how it enables the organization’s loan originators to be more successful at their craft.

Mark J. Maroon is seasoned mortgage executive with the passion of a first year Loan Officer. He is currently a Branch Manger for Primary Residential Mortgage. His previous mortgage experience was as Area Manager /​Reverse Mortgage Trainer for Fairway Independent Mortgage and Regional Vice President for Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation. Becoming involved with Allied in its earliest stages Mark was critical in implementing procedures and systems that would promote customer care and transparency.

He has been happily married for over 20 years and has an active and fun family that includes an 18 year old son and 17 year old daughter. He graduated with honors from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an emphasis in marketing.
