Dr. Kotlus is absolutely wonderful! He is sincere and really takes his time with you. He performed upper eyelid surgery on me and I couldn’t be happier ! I have lids now! I am two weeks out now and excited for new makeup and looking better but natural! He’s amazing! Thank you Dr. Kotlus!
