I’ve had the Pleasure of Cooking for over 25 years serving local community, friends & family; with great food and even better times. Schooling experience has started from Port Chester High School Culinary Program through Johnson and Wales University Graduating with a Bachelors in Food Service Management and an Associates degree in Culinary Arts.
My Culinary career feels more like a hobby rather then a career, because my reward at the end of the day is the pleasure of making people happy with great Food and Service. My menu consists of local ingredients, fresh products & the use of non gmo items with organic choices when available. Seeing a Smile from my guests during and at the end of their meal is beyond rewarding, when we ask «How was everything» and they respond with a smile and warmly say «Great», THAT is what i look forward to everyday.
