Ride was at my place in less than 10 minutes (I was local). My driver was very polite and knowledgeable of the area and even offered me some Indian cookies in his car lol. I didn’t have cash and he patiently drove me to a bank. Would use them again, saw no major issues.

Lack of professionalism is what came to mind the first and only interaction with this company. To be fair I did request a cab ride for early morning the night before. However, I was not made aware that the driver was running late and didn’t have time to make a change of plans so I could make my train. Result was getting an über, missed my train, and was late to work. When explaining to the owner about this he didn’t seem to care at all.

I needed an early morning (5am) cab from my house to the Metra station, I call 5 cab companies before getting down the list to Access Taxi. All other cab companies only were interested in airport fares and flat out told me no. Daren was quick to pick me up, super nice and the car was very clean. I know who to call first next time!

Scheduled a pick up. After calling when the cab was over five minutes late, I found out the driver was still far off. Couldn’t they call me? The vehicle, operated by the owner, ended up being 30 minutes late.
The owner was friendly and the vehicle, not a cab, clean. Cab service is so regularly terrible, I budgeted time. But 30 minutes just isn’t acceptable.
There are many operators to choose from and I would recommend taking your chances elsewhere.

I’ve used this cab company twice. Once to get a ride to downtown and once to the airport. The first time they were late and took a longer that necessary route. The second time called me 5 min before pick up time stating they will be 30 min late. We have called the day before in each case with detailed information any times. If they expect me to prepare my transportation with them 24 hrs prior, I expect them to be prepared to know where they are heading and be on time.

Great service, that’s what access taxi is all about. I travel a lot and always choose Darren at Access Taxi. Clean cab, great rates, safe driving, prompt on time pick, and always available. And if they cannot accommodate they find someone who can. They even have multiple ports to charge your phone, which I like when I get picked up at he airport cause my phone is often on low battery after a long day of travel. They accept Amex too which I like and email your receipts which makes it easy for me for my expenses. I use access taxi for all my business travel needs
