With at least two other competing auto parts stores in walking distance, one would think each store would strive to have the best customer service to keep people coming. The two employees working this Sunday seemed to have an opposite mindset. They lazily stood behind the counter and vaguely told me where a very specific item was. After I found what I thought was the item, the woman, with an attitude said she would check the inventory, and was more interested in getting me to leave that actually helping me. The employees were also complaining to each other about their working conditions which made me think of no other reason to come back, because if they hate being there why should I want to come.

Very slow night on a Friday. The two employees working here were very helpful and friendly. You could tell they were bored as before we walked in, they were just sitting in their chairs behind the counter, chilling and relaxing.
I came here to buy some wiper blades. $ 30 for ONE blade??? I guess I’m old-​fashioned, but back in my day, them blades costed $ 5. The clerk was nice enough to explain why they are so expensive now and how the old blades had «pressure points» and all that good stuff. He had trouble figuring out which blade fit my car, and was nice enough to come outside and check my blades. Since I came here from another place in this strip mall, my car was actually across the parking lot (I walked over from the other place… no sense in driving). The employee told me to drive it closer and when I did that, another customer came by and he became preoccupied. During the time I was waiting, the other employee pretty much said «Dude, go online. You can get this blades a lot cheaper».
Glad I listened to him. Got TWO blades for $ 22 on amazon, versus $ 30 for just one from this place. Sucks for these businesses, as the internet is so much cheaper. But overall, this place was super clean, and if you are looking for some advice and/​or consultation about your vehicle, definitely check out the place because they were super nice and friendly.

My battery died while I was at work. They let me borrow a portable jump starter. Plus the gentleman who helped me let me know about the warranty information on my battery from the store I originally purchased the battery at which saved me about $ 40.
