Carpet Restoration Specialists & Dying

This is one of the most disturbing companies I have ever encountered. I brought their groupon in good faith and was unexpectedly harassed by the owner for no valid reason. When I originally called to schedule my appointment they did not tell me that I needed to reserve a freight elevator for their arrival time. Only when they arrived was I told that they would need a freight elevator — which was booked for the next two hours. Within that time frame they left saying that they couldn’t wait any longer and to reschedule.
When I called to reschedule the owner did not pick up the phone. I called multiple times throughout the day and someone even answered the phone once and then hung up. Finally, I left a message indicating that I was calling to reschedule. The owner then left me a message on my voicemail yelling at me saying that I wasted two hours of his trucks time and that he had cancelled my groupon. His message was so disrespectful that I called back and gave him my piece of mind. I have never felt more disrespected by a supposedly «professional» company ever in my life. His anger was so undeserved that I was actually shaking when I called him.
Be warned, if you don’t want an angry man to act unprofessional and try to make you cry don’t use this company.

I highly recommend Carpet Restoration Specialists & Dying, in Schaumburg, IL. Bill, was so very accomodating. My cat had used my 13 X 9 wool area rug as her ‘litterbox’ and I thought it was destroyed. But, Bill offered to pick up the rug, which really helped me, since a rug that size is very heavy. He had to clean it several times to get the odor out, and he didn’t raise the price because of the need to wash multiple times. In addition, his customer service was terrific. He really seemed to care about my rug-​situation.

I can’t say enough how great this company is! When moving out of my rental I dropped a box and of all the things to spill. nailpolish! All over the white carpeting.
Freaking out I called many carpet cleaners, and based on the friendly voices I got on Carpet Restoration, and they were available to come out immediatley, I took a chance and had them come out.
I was definatley not sorry! They were so proffesional, got the stain completely out, and saved me from buying new carpet.
I would recommend them hands down
