Teller #3 allowed someone to use my STOLEN Drivers’ License (Chase was informed two months ago) and withdraw all funds from both my Chase Checking and Chase Savings Accounts. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT TO BE CARELESS REGARDING THEIR CLIENTS’ PRIMARY SOURCE OF FUNDING.
Red Flags for a well trained, intelligent bank employee when doling out funds carelessly:
1) Take note if the person requesting all their money doesn’t live in the area.
2) Ask for additional verification if someone randomly wants all their money (maybe address — the one on my stolen license isn’t the same as the one on the account)
3) Take note if the person never banked at that location (or perhaps if they NEVER withdraw from a bank in general)
4) Take note if the person can’t tell you where ‘they’ currently live, or any other basic account information as is verified when calling Chase by phone
5) Take note if someone doesn’t match the physical description on a previously reported stolen Drivers License.
6) Take note if the signature on the withdrawal slips did not match the account (despite Relationship Banker Eduardo Guillen’s attempts to convince me of the contrary).

It’s simple: Chase is where they have the money. ;)
I come here to use the ATM and occasionally have gone in to use their services face-​to-​face. I have never had a bad experience, per se, but I would not say that their tellers’ customer service skills are anything spectacular. They are slow moving and while they are perfectly pleasant, they could use a little pep in their step while working. I get it… you work in a bank, it’s kinda quiet like a library and not a very fast paced environment, but this does not mean that your customers want to spend a half hour inside to cash a check, turn change into paper or make some changes to their account.

After having a checking and savings account here at Chase bank and paying all my bills online without a problem, I figured getting a loan for a car would be a smooth process… nope! I had such a frustrating experience.
I have a great credit score, bank here and was getting a loan for much less than the car was worth. Every time we called, no one knew what was going on and they didn’t know what they needed. Every time we called to check on the progress of the loan, they «remembered» different things they needed in order to get the loan to go through. These were things they should have told us we needed on our very first meeting.
No one returned phone calls! I called at noon, was told our personal banker was with a customer and would call back when she was done. I called back at 2:30 pm and was told she was with a «different» customer. I called every few hours on a daily basis and no one ever called me back. When my loan FINALLY went through, the woman expressed her relief that «I would no longer be calling her 5 times a day» Well, gee, If you returned my phone call the first 20 times, maybe I wouldn’t have to bother you by continuing to call. If you don’t answer someone, they don’t just «go away.» You’d think that a banking professional would understand this.
On the day we signed our loan papers, she told us to go register the vehicle and get the title paperwork at the currency exchange across the street and come right back. Ok… we went and did as she asked and came right back. We were gone for 10 minutes MAX. Imagine our frustration when we returned and the woman was OUT TO LUNCH??? What? She told us to go do it and come right back… we had to leave it with someone else and hope the paperwork got into the right hands. The man we gave the paperwork to asked what he needed to do with it and what he needed to make copies of. How should we know?! That left us feeling SUPER confident… NOT.
Throughout the process of trying to obtain this auto loan, the employees at this Chase bank were rude, disorganized and no one knew what they were doing. Something that should have taken a few hours ended up taking a week!
