Established in 2009.

Originally established as a solo practice in 2009, the firm has grown to include four attorneys specializing in a variety of practice areas, with a combined practice experience of over 50 years.

Business Owner

Edward J. Witas III focuses his practice in the fields of General and Commercial Litigation; Personal Injury; Estate Planning and Probate Practice; DUI, Traffic and Criminal Defense; Real Estate Transactions; Business Law and General Corporate Matters. He has successfully represented individual and business clients in a variety of matters, as both plaintiff and defense counsel, throughout Cook, McHenry, Lake, DuPage, Will, and Kane Counties.

Mr. Witas received his Juris Doctorate with the high distinction of Magna Cum Laude, from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in Lansing, Michigan. He has been recognized by his colleagues for his work in the fields of torts, contracts, and secured transactions. Prior to his admission to the Illinois Bar, Mr. Witas served in the Lake County States Attorney’s Office, assisting in the prosecution of DUI, traffic, and other criminal offenses.

Mr. Witas is a member of Illinois State Bar Association.
