Thank you Fan C Fans. Was delighted to have won the ugly fan contest. I recieve a beautiful Emerson fan that I would have totally pick out myself. I kind of expected to be up sold or talked into an install but a great experience all around. The sales person couldn’t have been nicer so if you are looking for a fan I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Fan C Fans

I have purchased numerous fans from FanCFans over the years. Recently outfitted a condo that needed 5 new fans. Joe from the Schaumburg store was more than helpful in answering my never ending questions. The in store prices are very competitive as well with a great selection. I would certainly recommend shopping at this store.

I went in without appointment having a fairly good idea what I wanted which is helpful given the endless options for fans that exist
I got I new sales person who was friendly and the more sr. Person kept checking to be sure he was ok and offer help
We found what we wanted at a better price than an online store and better style/​options than big box stores

Bought a ceiling fan from the Glenview store. Was set up to have their installer do the install. Could not get it scheduled for 3 weeks, and when he shows up he looks around, figures he has to get in the attic (duh), and says he can’t do it today, doesn’t like our closet light fixture to tap and will call in a «few weeks» to reschedule. Unbelievable. Soured entire buying experience. For $ 300 fan + $ 250 to install, you would think it mattered to have a satisfied customer.

Horrible. Everything went wrong, very poor customer service. They are out of the office all day so they can’t respond to my emails? Yet your emails come from your fuckin Iphone? And you have no way to contact you other than your email? Put your damn phone number on your stupid signature. Instead of just «Sent from my Iphone.» And they don’t even fix the damn fan when I pay you too? Horrible. I installed the fan myself. And somehow a part that I had specially mailed from the manufacturer went missing. Never again.

We’ve ordered many fans from Fan C Fans through the years and every fan and purchasing experience has been great! We moved from IL to GA (where it’s hot and good quality fans are important!!) and purchased all our fans for our new home by using Fan C Fan’s website and discussing our needs with their employees. Their employees really know their stuff and will help you purchase just the right fan for your needs. Don’t think you’re better off going to a big box store and just getting a fan there… Fan C Fans has much better quality fans for the same price (or even cheaper) as those stores!

I went in yesterday prepared to buy a fan and was totally ignored by the staff. There was one couple in the store and two employees. Neither one said hello or I’ll be right with you, or anything at all. After 15 minutes of looking at their fan and catalogs and just waiting I got up and left. And I won’t be going back.
