Home Inspections by Mr Perfection

We used John at the recommendation of our realtor. He was already at the house inspecting the exterior before us or our realtor arrived. John was friendly, informative, and very thorough with the house.
He encouraged us to ask questions or point things out. I didn’t want to be overbearing, but my husband walked through all of the house with him. I would recommend that everyone do this, as there were a few (minor) things that he overlooked and we pointed out.
We received our inspection report the same day, only hours after the inspection was complete. When we found a problem with the shower wasn’t mentioned in the report, we contacted John and he revised the report immediately.
It seems that home inspection services cost about the same no matter who you go with, but I was happy with the service we received. He encouraged us to contact him if we had any questions, even after the inspection was done. We also used them for a radon test, so it was nice to have these services all done at the same time.
