KS Cleaners

Took a jacket here to be cleaned. They did clean the jacket nicely. The jacket had a belt with it (which also needed cleaning). They cleaned it nicely also… aside from the fact that the buckle was broken in the process. We took it back to them and, supposedly, they tried to find a replacement buckle. They always said that they’ll call us in a week or two. But, we never heard from them. We always had to call and ask what’s going on. Finally, after almost a month, we went and picked up the belt. They said that they could not find a replacement buckle that was the correct size. They said that they had one on order and it’d be there in a couple of weeks and they’d call us when it came in. That was over a month ago. So yes, they do clean things well. But, they are horrible at following up and if there’s an issue, don’t count on it being resolved. If they ever do resolve this, I will surely update my review.

RUDE!!! The lady flipped out when she saw cat hair on my coat. She tried to charge me extra. Seriously, for a bit of cat hair. I suppose that she never heard of a LINT brush!!! Take your business elsewhere. They’ll look for any reason to over charge you.
