History

Established in 2000.

RealSupport, Inc. started out as a DBA (Elec​tronic​-Assis​tant​.com) in 2000. At that time, founder Carrie Gable worked for an advertising agency in Chicago which outsourced a tremendous amount of work. Gable saw the need and started Elec​tronic​-Assis​tant​.com out of her home with the idea of catering to businesses that had work overflow.

Shortly after, Gable realized that specializing in support for the Real Estate industry would soon be in huge demand. Gable joined the International Virtual Assistant Association (IVAA) and other Real Estate specific organizations.

In July 2003, Gable Incorporated as well as changed the company name to RealSupport, Inc. to better reflect the industry that RealSupport was successfully servicing.

While most of Gable’s colleagues were forming «Virtual Teams», Gable’s vision was very different. RealSupport is one of the only Real Estate Virtual Assistant companies with an on-​site professionally trained team of 8 which continues to grow!

Since RealSupport Inc. inception in 2000, Carrie has combined her creativity, passion and common sense approach to offer high tech solutions to real estate professionals nationwide. RealSupport’s clients are seen as leaders and because of RealSupport, they enjoy the ability to focus on new business opportunities!

Carrie started her career as an Internet Coordinator at USA Chicago Advertising Agency and then worked as a Software and Web Development Project Manager for Smith Bucklin and Associates.

Carrie received an Associate Degree in 1994. She is a Certified Real Estate Professional Assistant (NAR designation), a Certified Real Estate Support Specialist, a Certified REAL​TOR​.com Virtual Assistant, a Certified Set​tle​men​t​Room​.com Virtual Assistant and is certified in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
