The UPS Store

Well, if other people are gonna write 1-​star reviews based in singular experiences (including one that looks like it has more to do with UPS than this particular store) then I can write a 5-​star one in the same manner.
Extremely grateful that they’re open on Sunday, I had a prepaid UPS drop-​off that hdd to be scanned by 4. The lady at the counter was extremely professional and courteous and I was out in less than 2 minutes.

Holy shit this place is horrible. The older gentleman that was with another employee, telling him a personal story (nothing that had to do with there duties) and they both look at me and he just continues with his story for at least a minute. He then walks up to me and didn’t even greet me. He asked me for my account number but I just had the order number which is what the woman at AT&T told me I’d need. In fact, she made me confirm that I wrote it down because it was that important.
I had to run out to my car to get my phone so I could look up the account number and when I came back in he asks for my last name. My last name is pretty common so I told him I’d rather just give him the account number since I had it already. He then asks me why I’m getting all mad at him for. I’m absolutely shocked and look at him and say «no ones mad at you. Chill out» he just says «ok» and we proceed with the shipment. Flippin’ weird. I will never go back there. I’d sooner drive my package to its destination.

Friendly folks ready to help you ship your stuff. That’s pretty much the bottom line here.
The good:
Easy access from Roselle Rd
Plenty of shipping supplies, copy machine, printing options and mailboxes
Notary available during select hours
The meh:
Parking lot is little wonky
Heading North on Roselle out of said parking lot can be a bear

UPS is useless. I called 5 different numbers with no one knowing what’s going. I just needed to ship a mattress to a different state. UPS freight is useless because they ship large packages that weigh 150 lbs but they can’t ship a mattress? Ridiculous. Then I call customer service at some 1 – 800 number who tells me they don’t even ship mattresses. I get the run around for 15 minutes. USELESS!!!

Imagine walking into a UPS store and the employee is in the back corner stuffing his face with food, too lazy to even greet you and when you call him to ask a question responds with a «I have no idea» and gives you a stare like why are you asking me this question. The question I asked was a pretty simple question about a shipping cost and instead of answering my qestion this guy starts complaining on how much work he has to do compared to USPS… are you kidding me? After finishing the food in his mouth he finally got his lazy but to the computer and looked up the cost for me after about 5 minutes of wasting my time. This is definitely not customer service, I also could not understand the $ 1 extra for packing fee which is simply puting the item in the box that I bought which i would be able to do myself. Just ridiculus and employees not helpful at all.

Just dropped off a pre-​paid package. No hassele.
