UNG Professional Hardwood Floors

We were also referred to UNG by a family friend, and we were thoroughly impressed at the punctuality, professionalism, and overall outcome of our flooring job. From day one, Mike was thoroughly professional and proficient in his ability to not only explain all of the flooring options, but overwhelmingly knowledgable in doing what was right for our situation. He didn’t try to oversell us on things that we didn’t need and did what was right for the job. Not only did he show up on time, but he went above and beyond by addressing issues that were beyond the scope of his expertise and my expectations. He made my wife extremely happy by even gluing together some wooden children’s chairs that had been on my to do list, something that I never expected, a consumate gentleman. Mike not only addressed issues that we had, but explained them thoroughly, leaving me feeling as though I was a flooring expert after the job had been done. The price for the quality of work that we received was beyond compare, truly an exceptional value! I recommend him to all of my friends, he is truly an artisian and takes great pride in his work. If you want your floors to reflect the pride that he takes in his work, by all means, don’t hesitate and call him right away. I know that I will be calling him for any flooring job that I may encounter in the future. I wish i could give him six stars!

We were referred to UNG Flooring by family and we’re very happy with the end product. They had to refinish existing wood in our dining room and foyer, then lay down wood in the living room and family room and stain it all to match. They were clean, covered everything they could to keep it from getting dust on it, they were always on time and worked to get the job done in the time frame they gave us. We would absolutely use them again for any future project! Also a plus, Mike stands behind his work and will happily come over to touch anything up as needed.
