These guys are great. Very flexible, good communication, always trying for the least costly solution.

With reluctance, I have to downgrade these guys based on my oil change. First off, they put in the wrong grade of oil. Secondly, I strongly suspect I got shorted a quart because my previously percolating engine was a quart down a week after the visit. Then the «change oil» mileage was set at 3K, even though the recommendation at my car’s age has been 5K for the longest time and it should have been in the Napa records. Speaking of which, the oil change did not make it into the on-​line record for the car, which kind of defeats the purpose of sticking to the Napa system. So as much as I kinda liked them, now I feel I can’t trust them, so will not be back.
