I had used these guys for a long time (1999 – 2003) and have to say that while the gentleman who runs the company is very friendly – the quality of the service provided left me a little disappointed. You ask why I’m now submitting this review? You should see what my tree look like now. The first couple of years are critical in the tree’s growth and if you don’t do it right – it never grows correctly. These two trees were put into the ground in early 1996 just after the house was built. Over the years, these two trees were incorrectly trimmed by this company making them both look lopsided and thin. In other words, they cut everything in-​between making the trees look hollow and not full. The weight is now on the ends of the branches instead of being distributed along the branches. If I ever have to trim the ends to meet the city’s municipal codes for tree maintenance – my trees will look dead. Their prices in the past year have also become exorbitant especially when it comes to taking down mid-​small size trees. I recently went to them to get a quote to cut down medium size tree. They quoted me $ 600+ to remove it but I eventually found another company in the area that did it for $ 200. I just wish I would have been around when they were trimming my trees. It would take me another 10+ yrs to put another tree in the ground and get it to grow correctly. Make sure you shop around.
