Our HVAC technicians are able to design, service, and install most types of systems for both residential and commercial setups. For our residential customers we are able to offer tune ups, home energy audits, free estimates, duct repair, and 24 hour service calls.

We also specialize in building custom refrigeration for wine cellars and controls. We are also listed as certified contractors for many local utility companies, which allows us to install attic insulation for your home.

History

Established in 1968.

Barrett & Sons began with Herchell Barrett who worked in HVAC for more than 50 years. He and his son, Arnold, founded Barrett & Sons, Inc. in 1968 and have kept the company a family business. In its 3^rd generation, Barrett & Sons continues to provide heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration for both commercial and residential services and sales.

After beginning with only a few residential clients, Barrett & Sons has grown and now maintains more than 170 properties in Seguin, Kerrville, Austin, San Antonio, and South Texas for a variety of customers.

It has been the mission of Barrett & Sons to provide honest, dependable, and quality service for more than 45 years and is something they will continue to provide to their customers.

Meet the Manager

Todd B.

Manager

Todd is the youngest son of Arnold and Martha and came into the business in 2007.

Todd attended Texas State University as well as the University of Texas at San Antonio, studying Business Management. Prior to working for Barrett & Sons, Todd was in law enforcement for 10 years working for the City of Schertz and as a Trooper with the Texas Highway Patrol. Todd is now the Vice President of Operations for the Corporation, holds Master License, while also overseeing the daily activities of the business.

It is Todd’s goal to continue the Barrett family tradition of providing honest, dependable, and quality HVAC service for every customer.
