Food is good but a bit pricey for amount of food you get. I’ve been here a couple times during the evening and everything would be much better if employees would be actually working instead of playing on their phone on top of counter. They also get the orders wrong every time.

I had heard from others that the Philly steaks were good. I like chicken philly steaks so I got one. Their sign shows a small chicken philly with fries for $ 4.99 and I pointed to it and ordered it and a drink. When I got my sandwich, I asked for my fries, the guy was like… Hugh. I said never mind and sat down. I then got back up and ordered a small fry. I just feel like if you are going to advertise a combo for 4.99 it should be just the sandwich.
The sandwich and drink (strawberry lemonade) was good and fresh. I should have skipped the fries. They were in a tub so I thought they were cut fresh. They aren’t fresh. I was hoping they were like Demos or Papoulis, you know, not frozen.
Anyway, I’ll come back for the drink and sandwich.

This place is just ok. The sandwiches are smaller than what I expected. My meal was $ 12 and that included a small philly, fries, and a drink. The sandwich is on par to what you would get at subway. They make a production of throwing the already cooked meat on a grill but that is just for show and does not pay off in taste. @ $ 8 this would get another star @ $ 12 it is just meh.

I absolutely love the sandwiches at Charley’s, but the blonde girl working behind the counter right now, Friday July 3rd 2015, should really be taught some manners and needs to learn to put her damn phone away at work. I walked up to the register and she insisted on finishing her text message before acknowledging me. Horrible customer service.

We love Charley’s but this one was dirty, very dirty… both restrooms had roaches and we’re clogged, the tables were disgusting and the AC was not working very well.

Very satisfied with this location. Service was good and quick. I really enjoyed the food. It was good and hot. The only problem was that they got our order a little wrong. They added cheese when we asked them not to. I’m sure they would have corrrcted the problem if we would have asked. Still positive experience. Dining area was spacious and clean as were the restroom facilities. Will return in the future.

My boyfriend and I are new to town and decided to check this place out. We’ve also had genuine cheesesteaks from Pat’s Steaks in Philly so we definitely wanted to compare. The service was fast and friendly and the steaks were great! We both ordered the Philly Deluxe cheesesteaks with a side of fries. Everything was top notch, we will be going back!

Food is nice and fresh, made to order… but thats even if you can get your foot in the door. This place is ridiculous, NEVER open and closes early, staff is far from motivated and friendly. I complained to corporate and got some emails back, but STILL i called to make sure if they were open on a friday, as we know most restaurants are open until at least 9… uh this place closes like at 8 and probably turns grill off at 7 lol… good food, if you can ever find it open at THEIR Convenience.

My husband says it’s «exceptionally mediocre» and I totally agree. Unless you dump a bunch of condiments on your sub, it really has very little flavor. I had the california chicken and my husband had the philly cheese, and 2 drinks for $ 15 — both bland and nothing special. The service, however, was quick and refills are free, but that’s nothing that truly sets them apart from any other fast food joint. We can go to Chipotle and get super delicious food in large portions for the same price.
