Legacy Oaks Apartments

HORRIBLE PARKING&MANAGEMENT! The community itself is usually very quiet and friendly. My apartment was extremely small for the price but it did what I needed it to do. Maintenance usually came in a timely manner and fixed whatever needed to be fixed the first time. The MANAGEMENT for these apartments however are ridiculous! They say they are military friendly, but that is not true. They will not work with you & they do not understand the demands you are put under. They want their money; plain and simple. I told them months in advance of a deployment and they told me they needed orders and a hand written statement saying when I would be moving out. I explained to them that I did not have a final date to leave yet and they said «that’s okay, we’ll just put this down for now!» So as the deployment came closer I reminded them multiple times that I did not have an exact date yet that it may be mid month some time and again they said that is fine. Well finally I got a date and told them it was a couple days past what I had originally written down (which should have been fine because they told me to write that date and they would work with me) & they told me they were sorry but they had already rented out my apartment. They were a few more instances but I’m not going to rant any more. Just be careful!
