Great first impression.
I only needed state vehicle inspections since moving to the state.
Found this facility on a state website.
Very nice facility. Clean waiting area and restroom. Polite and professional looking and acting staff.
I had two vehicles inspected in an hour.
I won’t hesitate to bring vehicles here for routine maintenance or repair.

I came here for an inspection and then again after I was in a pretty bad car accident. It has been nothing short of a pleasure working with this team, especially Nelson. He is a genuine guy who really looks out for you and offered every piece advice from working with the car insurance company to removing anything from my name on it. I will be back (hopefully not because of another accident)!
Ps– loved the fact that they drive customers home after they dropped their car off. Quality customer service!

My husbands truck started driving weird and loud. He had to go to work so I took over trying to get it fixed asap. I took it to Schertz because of the good reviews.
They said I had to leave it there and they’d call me later the same afternoon. They gave me a ride home, free. Called me at 2 and said the exhaust needed to be welded back together. They do a lot but unfortunately not welding.
But they took my husbands truck to a welding shop i approved of. Had it fixed. Brought it back to their shop and made it so easy to get the truck fixed and I still got all my errands done. On top of that they didnt charge me a diagnostic fee even tho the work wasn’t done at their shop.
Very courteous. Very honest. Made it easy. And now they’ll have a lifetime customer for all our needs. Just fyi… they do it all, pretty much, even tires. Just not welders right now.

Came in for a state inspection. Was told 15 minutes and got exactly both. They even had HGTV on which is always a plus being one of my favorite channels. Also they have a small area set up for customers to grab a drink and relax while you wait.
It was only a simple state inspection so I can’t evaluate on the quality of actual auto repair but for now I give it 5 stars!

The customer service and communication during the repair process was great, but repair service is only mediocre. I had to bring the car back following the repair for adjustments and clean up of overspray. The paint work is not great. They offered to wax it if I bring the car back a third time and are not able to make the tail lights fit the way they did prior to the accident.
