I would give it 5 stars. However, I think it‘s dangerous for the drivers and the employees to have the employees skate out into the parking lot. I was headed to the drive through and there were lots of cars parked. All of sudden, one of the employees skated out right in front of my car. I wasnt even going 5mph. It freaked me out! Other than that, I love Schertz Sonic off 3009. The employees are so sweet and even though it‘s not common to give tips in the drive through, I do. The people are so kind! In particular, I always get served by Josie and Heather, I believe it‘s Heather. Very welcoming employees.

So flustered with this place today. Not only did I get the wrong order, I didn’t notice until I got back to the office that everything I ordered was wrong. Its super frustrating getting lunch and having nothing to eat when you get back to eat it because it wasn’t anything you ordered. I wish the kids working here would pay a little more attention, I shouldn’t have to check my bag when I leave. I am super hungry :(

Great experience. I could clearly hear her(sometimes the Sonic speakers are staticky), she got our order for 4 people correct(and it arrived quickly) and she was super friendly. We were here at lunch so perhaps it’s timing. I would stop by again if I was in the area.

This Sonic is very inconsistent with their quality and service. Usually they’re decent at best, food comes out lukewarm or room temperature most of the time, and the orders take much longer to complete compared to other Sonic restaurants I’ve been to. My most recent experience was probably my worst: One ice cream and two drinks too maybe about 20 minutes to come out and when the order came, my ice cream was already melted to where it was dripping off the cup and dripping even more when I tried to eat some. I had to make a second order to bring home to my parents and I slowly and clearly said my order in which the employee over the mic had to tell«excuse me one moment» a few times before I got to order and he kept making mistakes in which I had to correct him about 5 times before repeating it correctly back to me. 20 more minutes pass and the two drinks and one hot dog arrive at the car with the drinks incorrect. When I tell the car hop that the drinks were supposed to be cream slushes instead of regular slushes and that I had him repeat it to me she regretted to inform me that it was put in as regular slushes instead. I was going to ask if it was possible if they could remake it correctly but the look on her face didn’t show enthusiasm and it looked like I was being an inconvenience for trying to get my order corrected. Not to put people on blast(pun intended), but it would help if the people that were working there at the time would be working on the orders instead of flirting/talking to each other each time I glanced through the window waiting on my order. 2⁄5: Would only dine if I’m desperately in need of Sonic.

I don’t know why, but I have a soft spot for this Sonic. Maybe it’s because of the hidden-ass location off 3009, maybe it’s because the kids working here seem just a bit hipper, maybe it’s because I just can’t stand the McDonalds across the way. But I don’t give a shit. I like this place, I like the people who work here and here’s five stars. Don’t go changin’.
