Can I give this place 0 stars? Walked in this place to get one item. I repeat 1 item. After getting to the register and being completely ignored by the cashier, she literally did not say one word and looked miserable! I took my item and she was unable to scan the correct price. I told her the item was marked as on sale. She told me to bring the price tag I said excuse me? She said can you bring the price. Upset I asked her. Do I work here or do you? She rolled her eyes and called back up. Furious I told her forget it and left. I would never come back here, especially with that type of customer service!

This Walgreens is pretty horrible. Every time I come in here, it takes at least 25 mins. 5 mins to grab my item off the shelf… And another 20 mins to get checked out at the register. They’re extremely slow at checking out and always have just 1 register open. I come in here because it’s very close to home. Although, I debate to go to the Norridge location on cumberland and Lawrence just because it’ll take the same amount of time. Get it together.
Liza is the quickest at the register. She makes small talk and is quick and efficient. The older lady takes forever and has a full blown conversation while having a line of 15 ppl waiting to be checked out

This place had three worst customer service ever!!! Buyer beware!!! One employee gave me attitude when I asked questions. Never going to this location ever again. I’ll drive ever extra mile to a different one.

Stopped in here to kill time waiting to pick my dad up from the air port.
It was an hour till closing and all of the workers were very laid back, chill and diddn’t really care, no one greeted me and they really didn’t seem to care to much about anything except for conversing amongst themselves.
The old guy at the register was super slow. I gave them a 2 because they had the products I was looking for. Thank god there not the walgreens near my house.
