H&R Block

This place isn’t helpful at all! I went there trying to take care of my state taxes that I got an extension on. As it turns out, this place doesn’t even exist. Very poor service, indeed. Thanks for not being, H&R Block. I’ll take my services to one of your other places on the island.

We made an appointment for 3pm we finally left after 2&½ hours of the woman we worked with not knowing what she was doing. If it’s absolutely simple then maybe you can go here. All we had was federal that we wanted them to check, state taxes, and our daughters’. First of all she kept having to ask Stacy what was right. Finally Stacy came over and helped her in front of us and explained it all. The person we were working with just wasn’t knowledgable. My husband ended up looking it up on line while she called another preparer at Kapolei. He figured it out and we left. It would have costed us 169 to do federal there plus like $ 50 for husband’s state. Don’t waste your time. The rest of our day is shot. Thanks for nothing.
