We are a Neopolitan Woodfired Pizzeria with some New Orleans dishes as well.
We use fresh ingredients and import our flour and tomatoes straight from Naples, Italy.
While our flour does contain gluten, we use a different strain of gluten that does not possess the negative effects.
History
Established in 2014.
Founded by famous Chef Jimmy Burke, it was recently taken over by his head chef and Louisiana transplant, Christopher Patrick. Chris also worked at North End’s Pizzeria Regina for more than a decade.

Business Owner
Christopher Patrick worked at Pizzeria Regina for over a decade and also spent many years living in New Orleans where he worked in many kitchens and studied with some amazing chefs. He partnered up with Jimmy Burke in 2013 and opened up JW’s Pizzeria. Chris later bought out Jimmy and changed the name to CP’s but he kept the great Italian tradition he learned from Jimmy Burke.
