Complete Care Medical Center

This place is a mess to say the least. I was there on Tuesday morning as soon as they opened and was waiting for a long period of time. The next evening when my two prescriptions did not help improve my condition and I was in a large amount of pain I called at 8pm. I was told by Fang at the nursing station no doctor was there and I could not speak to anybody and wait 3 – 5 days for any result. This is my eye, I am in pain which I informed her of and she could care less. I asked to speak to the physicians assistant who was seeing patients as they are open until 9pm and she told me no she was busy cleaning up and I should call back in the morning. She also informed me they actually only take patients until 8 otherwise she would get out too late. I asked her repeatedly for her name so I could contact the office manager, which she refused to provide and told me I am giving her a hard time. All because I wanted to speak to somebody about the condition of my eye as I was still in pain? She made it very clear that her getting out on time was priority and left me on hold for over 12 minutes to speak to the PA who never came to the phone. Thankfully I called reception and spoke to Vanessa who was the absolute best and provided me with the help needed. She went out of her way to speak to tr PA for me and get me the answers and help I needed. I feel the service at this place is only given by certain individuals (such as Vanessa) and is not the majority. Clearly they need help!

Was contacted for an interview as a nurse practitioner earlier this week. Drove an hour to get there and was told the doc was «running about 20 minutes late.» No problem, took a seat and waited. 20 minutes turned into 50 minutes. How rude. I left and said that I had another appointment and I didn’t want to be late. The best part was, the doc interviewing had two other interviews lined up right behind me… how long was my interview going to be, 5 minutes? If this is how they treat their interviewees, I can only imagine how they treat their employees as well as their patients. Ill pass on working for a company such as this. Waste of my time

Monday check in at 11:19am… 2.5 hours later, I was seen. I was never told at checkin that there was going to be an extraordinary long wait time. Once I was in the doctor’s office, the nurse told me it is always like that on a Monday. Well why on earth wouldn’t the receptionists tell you that! Tip– if you must go here, don’t go on a Monday!

Should be renamed Completely Don’t Care Medical Center. I started going here about 3 years ago for Suboxone treatment, I was literally on this medicine combined with a benzodiazepine (NOT A COMBO ANY DOCTOR SHOULD PRESCRIBE TOGETHER). I stayed on the same doses for almost 2 years, I was never drug screened the first 2 years and office visits were $ 100. The past year they jacked the prices up $ 50 a visit, claimed it was for the drug screening, so they actually asked for urine samples upon visits. They even tried to backcharge me for 4 months that I was never made aware of the price raise or new policies regarding drug screening. however they clearly didn’t test the sample because on more than 1 occasion they did not «find» narcotics that were in my system.
Due to financial reasons I could not continue my once a month visits after spending $ 1,200 a year for 2 years adding up to over $ 2,400+ in 2 years, not even counting the 8 – 9 months I spent $ 150 a visit. I cannot afford to go back, I have called and asked for help and they will ignore you, put you on hold, give you the runaround… so obviously unless you can dish out a lot of money they will let you die, almost literally. I have been incredibly sick the past 2 – 3 months and they have done NOTHING to help me after almost 3 years of being treated there for opiate addiction, and now I am addicted to benzo’s and have had several panic attacks, I have been unable to return to work and I feel suicidal. I literally want to kill myself because of this place, every day I wake up I want to shoot myself thanks to the pain my body is going through, my heart rate and blood pressure are sky high and I am now on medications from my family physician to help level myself out. I cannot describe the pain and agony I feel on a daily basis, this place will literally let you rot away if you can’t afford to visit them once a month.
30+ months of treatment at this facility and I can’t afford to go in, so basically cut off. Coming off 2 different classes of medicines at the same time cold turkey, no support after all the money thrown away. I am now a heroine addict that wants to kill himself on a daily basis, thanks a lot Complete Care… maybe help your patients when they are in need rather then just be a pill mill. If I kill myself before the end of the year it’s all on you. I’ve never received any calls in regards to my health after 2+ years of visiting this place once a month, god awful place… rather then continue helping their patients (even for a month without a visit) they’d rather let you die on the streets, thanks Complete Care, I really do thank you for my heroine addiction now. Seriously such a joke, they could not even recognize an irregular heartbeat.
Seriously not one phone call from this place in regards to my health after 3 years of being a patient. I could be dead and they wouldn’t even care… So yeah, not a very reliable place. Seek help elsewhere.

I am a Kidney Transplant patient. Common colds often become sinus infections, bronchitis, etc. I have used Complete Care as «middle provider» between my Primary Care Physician (Kidney Specialist/​Nephrologist/​Internist) in instances such as onset colds, stomach viruses etc over weekends. Complete Care’s staff, and every doctor I’ve met there, have always been knowledgeable, understanding, thorough and overall a very reliable health care source to me and my family.

I recently was here on a Saturday morning for a sinus infection. I saw a PA, Shammi, she was amazing! Everyone I interacted with was very nice.
The initial medication they called in wound up making me super sick to my stomach, so I called the next morning and let them know and they called in a new medication ASAP. I definitely would go back here again!
I was a little wary because of past reviews but I had a wonderful experience!

The worst customer service, and horrible «doctors». I’ve had several bad experiences there. The first time, my son’s ‘s pediatrician’s office was closed, but I needed to see a doctor for his irritated ears and high fever. They couldn’t even diagnose my son correctly. The «doctor» actually suggested that I take him to the Emergency Room at Overlook – all this just for strep throat! I should’ve just taken him there in the first place instead of wasting my time and money talking to person who isn’t even an MD.
Then the second time we were there, we had another kid emergency. We were hoping we’d get better service, since the other doctor we saw left the practice. NO such luck – they are worse.
They charged us $ 90 extra for their weekend hours, which NO ONE told me about. Then, their insurance policy changed and they no longer took my insurance, so I was billed out of network. NO ONE told me this prior to seeing the «doctor» (again, not even an MD).
Plus, their front office people are unprofessional and so ghetto. The one lady was cursing and saying inappropriate things, which my child could hear. They were also rolling their eyes and getting irritated with other patients.
I will never go here again. It is a terrible place, where they only care about money. Just go straight to the Emergency Room at Overlook. At least there, you know you are getting a real Medical Doctor, not someone from a no-​name medical «college.»

Nasty and rude doctor!
Dr IZHAR HASAN was nothing short of nasty and offensive, and honestly — I was quite shocked at being spoken to like that, especially while I am there paying for a service. He seems like a very unhappy man, The staff was generally nice — so that I felt sorry for them to be working under someone that disrespectful to people.
As expected, there was a few who who had adopted the big bosses foulness.
Generally, a very unpleasant experience, and I would recommend to go ANYWHERE but here until the management does something about this.

nothing like being diagnosed with an ear/​sinus infection with fluid in ears. going back 3 times with in a month. being put on more meds and sprays than i have been on in my life and having to argue with rude answering service/​nursing staff when you want your dr to call back because you are not getting better and have questions about meds. ive been to vets with better bedside manners and sympathy. they are surly, nasty and totally unsympathetic. and it seems after todays call they have no interest in you and more in the 95 dollar fee to get you back in. if i was allowed to give no stars i would. the person responsible for staffing should take a look at these Unilocal ratings and maybe hire a staff that can deal with sick people and be a bit nicer. they seem to enjoy arguing with you more than helping. these people have no business dealing with the general public with attitudes like that. esp sick ones. i doubt the doctor will be calling me back this time either. isnt that great. and 1 day after writing this he sure didnt call back again even tho i pleaded with them as i still feel awful. off to an ent tommorow.

This place is HORRIBLE. Do NOT go there!
I called ahead of time and asked how long the wait for a walk-​in was and I was told «20 minutes». So I immediately left work on my lunch hour and was there within 15 minutes. There was 1 other person in the waiting room.
I ended up waiting 1 ½ hours before I was called in to see a doctor! (Nobody else came in to the center during that entire time and the other person was called 5 minutes before me).
The nurse checked me out and then I waited another TWENTY minutes for a doctor to come in to the exam room.
I was there for a sore throat for 2 weeks. She quickly examined me and did a culture to check for Strep. She specifically told me that they would have the results the following day. She gave me a prescription to only get filled if the results were positive for strep.
Well the next day, nobody called, so I called them. The nurse told me they didn’t have the results yet but they may have them later in the day, but sometimes it takes two days. So I waited until the next day, still nothing. I called them again. This time, the SAME NURSE told me it takes a MINIMUM of 72 hours to get the results back from the lab. I explained to her what I was told, and hung up.
I did not receive a call the following day, and it has now been FOUR DAYS and still no results/​phone call.
In the meantime, I’ve been suffering with a horrible sore throat and no idea what is wrong with me/​no medicine to treat it.
They require a credit card to charge you the difference of what your insurance doesn’t pay, so I immediately called and reported my card stolen. I refuse to be charged for a test that I was never given the results of!! They’ve already gotten $ 35 of my money and 2 hours of my day. That is enough, considering I got NOTHING in return.

Extraordinarily arrogant, rude, and hostile front desk staff. Could not believe I had walked in to a private health care clinic catering to people with health insurance located in one of New Jersey’s most upscale communities. Both front desk workers treated me with hostile disdain and both are VERY hard to understand (they speak the «New Jersey dialect» of English that the character Adriana LaCerva in «The Sopranos (Drea DeMatteo in real life) portrayed with stunning realism). Fed up with their «act,» I Googled another urgent care clinic in the area, which took very good care of me.
Don’t come here unless you want to be treated like dirt by the front desk staff before seeing a health care provider. Either the owners of this facility have no idea what damage these two women are doing to their business/​revenue, or they don’t care. Either way, there are other providers from which to choose in the immediate area.
