Mr. Schiller concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal law/​DUI, personal injury, and business and corporate law.

Before joining the firm in 2012, Mr. Schiller was an Assistant Prosecutor in Union County, New Jersey. As an Assistant Prosecutor, Mr. Schiller prosecuted twelve jury trials and over fifteen bench trials in both the adult criminal courts and juvenile family courts, cases which included robbery, assault, drug possession and distribution, weapons offenses, and sexual offenses.

I was represented by this firm after being involved in an incident which resulted in a number of violations against myself. My lawyer, Brian, was very professional, accommodating and made himself available for any questions. I was very nervous going into the whole legal process but Brian’s confidence helped ease my concerns. He was successful in having some of the charges dropped and the total fine reduced a great deal. I would likely recommend this firm to anyone that needs legal counsel or representation

My personal experience with Brian Schiller was great. As my first time ever having to retain legal counsel, I didn’t know much to expect from him, or the overall outcome of the pending case. Brian definitely is very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional — which made the whole process pretty painless (I mean as painless as it can be). Nobody ever wants to have to hire legal counsel, however should anything occur, I would definitely recommend this firm!

I had the firm represent me for a speeding ticket that would have gotten me points on my license. My lawyer walked me through every step and made it so no points just a fee. AND even got the judge to lessen the penalty money because I’m a college student.

Where is your integrity and good governess and accountability of the Law! Your client was at fault and caused an accident. But instead of pleading guilty your firm continued to pursue this matter causing excessive time and money to be spent that should not have been incurred. First you tried deception — «if you drop your complaints…» You tried retaliation tactics. Your firm tried every which way to deny your client’s actions. You were deceptive in presenting NON-​factual information. Slander in trying to use personal opinion information to distract the judge from the FACTS. Trying to weasel and defame me before the court. I should not have had to hire an attorney in this matter. Your client just should have pleaded guilty and the matter would have been finished. «Lady Justice» is to be based on integrity of the law and factual, truthful, honest information. NOT side-​stepping or half-​truths or acts of deception. In this case, your representation, you are NOT a creditable law firm and I believe you owe me some restitution in this matter. SHAME ON YOU !!!
