This auto shop is linked up with Muldoon’s Towing and I have used services from both since my car is a real POS. I had my alternator decided to take a crap on me while I was on vacation heading for skiing at Camelback Ski Area. I got towed by Muldoon’s and the next day J & B did the work on my car to replace my alternator.
I picked up my car and drove to my relatives house that night I was leaving to drive home to Long Island and saw my lights dieing out again. I was begging to think I really got screwed on this repair, but I called up J & B and they were so sorry that happened even though the part was bad out of the box.
I then left my car there over the week and they fixed the it again and did not charge me anything else for redoing the work or holding my car.
