I called Chase to ask if they do notary. They said yes. I just went to get a notary. Walked into an empty lobby with the teller area in a back corner. I wasn’t sure where to go so I followed the teller sign area. When I got back there were three people standing talking outside of the teller area and the tellers were unseen. The staff didn’t acknowledge me until I spoke up and interrupted their talking. When I asked for help one person told me she’d help me in just a moment and walked off and then turned further down the hallway and motioned me to follow her. She told me that Alex would help me. I had to figure out who Alex was and walked to his office. After he looked up on the computer to see if he could help me with the notary he then asked if he could have my account number. I don’t bank with Chase and therefore don’t have an account number. When I told him this he said he was sorry that I couldn’t help me. Just from the customer service I wouldn’t want to back to this branch.
