Established in 2013.

Alphonse Property Management was established in 2013. We specialize in residential property management including single and multi-​family residences. Currently we have a full time portfolio of 29 units managed. We also do several tenant placements each month for owner managed properties.

Kim A.

Business Owner

Kim Alphonse is the owner/​broker of Alphonse Property Management. She has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2000, becoming a full time property manager in 2006. Alphonse Property Management was established in 2013. Kim grew up in the South Bay and Santa Cruz area. She is married and has 3 children.
