It is not easy getting things done with a baby, which is why I called beforehand to see if they could take care of a smog test for me. He told me to «come on in!» I got there, unloaded the stroller and baby and was told to run errands and come back in 3 hours because they won’t be able to even touch my car until then. Then when I said I called in, they told me they dont make appointments. Yuck, no thanks. Ernies took care of me in felton for ²⁄₃ of the cost and they accept appointments. Thats my new place!

Integrity went above and beyond for our family. I would recommend this shop to all of my family and friends. The staff at Integrity stayed late to finish our vehicle for us. We love this shop and want to thank them for all of their hard work.

Integrity Automotive lives up to its name. This place is beyond amazing if you want honest, hardworking decent people helping you out this is the place to go. I bought a used car and brought it to them to get an oil change and check up. They told me the engine was leaking and that I had purchased a lemon. The dealership I bought it from told me the warranty didn’t cover it. I came back to Integrity automotive to find out what do“with my new leaking car” these guys went above and beyond they actually walked me through my warranty and helped me take pictures of my car to build my case against the dealer. Mind you this was not there problem but they cared enough to take the time to try and help. At one point the owner offered to call the dealership to try and help me out! I couldn’t believe it! With there free advice and help I was able to return the lemon and we got all our money back! Thank god I took my car there! This will definitely be where I go from now on! They are incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care about there customers! Thanks integrity you guys are the best!!!

Thank you SO much to the amazing team at Integrity! The name of this shop says it all. We got amazing service and help with our Winnebago. They spent hours of work and manpower to get us on the road safely. They explained everything to us patiently and made sure we understood exactly what was going on with sensitivity to our financial abilities. The employees are the nicest people who really care to help everyone, and make sure you walk out satisfied and happy! You’re in great hands at Integrity :) thanks for helping us begin our journeys and adventures– we couldn’t have done it without you!

Every time I need any car repairs done, I bring my car here. Fast oil changes that include tire rotation and an inspection. When my car broke down, they gave me an estimate of everything that they recommended, but also told me exactly what I had to replace to get the car running again. They take the time to answer all my questions. Today I went in for a smog. Done while I waited with no problems. Love this place.

Don’t go here for service! We have never, EVER given anyone a negative review. 20 years ago we brought a car in to Ingerity for a new timing belt. We paid $ 750 for this service (mind you, that was 20 years ago!). Two months later we had problems with the car and the new shop said we needed timing belt replaced! The belt had NEVER been replaced at Integrity (so much for the name «Integrity.»). We paid another pile of money to have belt replaced and took old belt back to «Sintegrity» where they lied their way out of any recourse for us. We vowed never to go back. Then, in an emergency situation (read: out of options) in Dec. 2015 we took a car there. :(We had heard they were under new management. We only needed to have the anti-​theft device disconnected because it was locking the ignition. I told the manager about my prior experience. I was promised that things had changed and we’d have a great experience. They kept the car for a WEEK and charged us $ 300. When we got the car back the dash lights and rear flashers suddenly didn’t work. We took the car back to have them fix it. They blamed a water leak (which has been there since we bought the car seven years ago — with NO electrical problems) and they had the car for ANOTHER WEEK and charged us $ 300 to fix their incompetence! They had lost the knob for the dimmer switch, the blinkers didn’t work and when we found the knob (in the car) and tried to put it back on, we found the wires to the switch had been cut! We keep finding things wrong with the car! Something is draining the battery ever since we got the car back and Integrity won’t show any integrity and take responsibility. Don’t trust these people with your car!

Integrity has always been good to me. I had computer issues with my car and John got my car rumming perfectly! Brandon and Nathan in the front office are helpful, funny and nice.

Only went in for a smog check and it took almost 4 hours. They said they would call me once it was ready and they never did. I had to call them to see if it was finally done. Definitely won’t be going back

Sorry, but this was my last experience with these people. back in October, I went in for an oil change and new tires installed. Now I know alot about cars being my dad was a mechanic and lots of friends that are and know about cars. they told me I needed an oil gasket and another seal, would be over $ 700 to fix. Yeah right, I went over to my friends house to have him look at and he said that it wasn’t really nessecary. It was leaking oil right after Integrity did the oil change, but I have had 2 more oil changes (at a different place) since my visit here, and I have had no leaks!!! I think they put too much fluid in it. Second, Looked like one tire needed more air and missing the stem cap on it too. They triedn to give me my car not completely finished. I will not be coming back.

I continue to find Integrity Automotive a source of exceptional mechanical work and service. My vehicle is now older (15 years; 200k+ miles) and I’ve had some major repairs done. Preet and his head mechanic, John, have worked to ensure everything is done right. They have gone above and beyond, and treated me more than fairly when it comes to cost. It is clear that they want my vehicle in good working order, and they want me to be happy. John is as knowledgeable as they come, and Preet has been nothing but accommodating. They stand behind their work. Friendly – knowledgeable – fair…what more could I ask?!

I’ve brought three different cars here for a variety of reasons, and never had a problem. Professional and courteous, highly recommend these guys.

I stopped by around 4:00 PM just to chat with them about some noise that comes from the front end of my van. SI explained to Brandon the irritation that I was having Brandon (service advisor) said «we will look at it right now, we will squeeze you in»
Seriously???
Gustavo (the mechanic) and I took a 5 – 10 minute ride so he can hear the noise. Came back to the shop he started troubleshooting and showed me what the problems could be.
He adjusted and tightened some suspension bolts and other items I was out of there by 5:00PM.
It seemed like the noise is gone. I will update this in a week.

I feel foolish letting myself be taken advantage of by Scotts Valley «Integrity» then admitting it in a public forum like Unilocal.I’ve been alive too many years and have way too much car experience to have fallen for this. But if it helps someone avoid the same mistake I made then here it is; I went in for an oil change. When it was done they notified me there was copper content in my brake fluid and that it was UNSAFE and needed a flush. They also told me similar BS about my transmission fluid. I didn’t have enough money for both so I opted for the brake fluid flush fearing for my safety. Then I went online to do research (which I should have done before agreeing to the flush) and found virtually all brake fluid has copper in it to some extent and that this is a scam that many oil change places run on their customers routinely. My $ 40 oil change ended up costing me over $ 100. I will not be back I will tell everyone who will listen to avoid this place.

On January 31, 2015 in Scotts Valey, my battery in my VW Van died with an entire load of furniture in it. I called Integrity and manager Nathan had a service person actually come to where we were stranded about a mile away, and install the new battery! They did a great job, installed the correct battery for my van and saved us the price of a tow. This is my second experience with Integrity and it’s always a pleasure.

Terrible mechanics. Bush league. Go somewhere where you can have a personal relationship with a reputable known local mechanic and talk to him. Here you deal with a counter man while their monkeys misdiagnose your problem and make a few repairs guessing. You will receive calls from the counter man telling you why they are going over thir estimate multiple times. If your experience is like mine :).

My husband and I have used Integrity Automotive in Scotts Valley for many years on various cars. They have always been honest and never «over-​sold» me on things I didn’t need.
Last week, I took my Nissan Altima in for an oil change and tire rotation, in addition to diagnosing a starting issue and warning dash light.
They had some problems with identifying the starting issue and warning light and suggested that they may be tied to vehicle recalls.
Long story short, I ended up having the larger problems corrected by the Nissan dealership, but Integrity was more than fair in compensating me for the diagnostic charges I had incurred.
I left very happy and will continue to use Integrity.

I recently discovered Integrity in my small town by accident… I had been using other mechanics for some time … I have several vintage vehicles and upkeep is a big deal to me. I brought them a 12 year old car that I use as a workhorse, daily driver for a long commute and asked for an oil change appointment.
Integrity got me right in and serviced the car in the time that they said they would even though they were obviously busy because it was the day before a three day weekend. Their pricing was outstanding!
One other thing: I had asked that they recharge my air conditioning… but they said that they would prefer to inspect it first at another time. Their point was that they didn’t want to perform a potentially unneeded service that might not fix the problem, even though I asked for it… that’s great customer service in my book!

These guys should be called «No Integrity Automotive.» I’ve used them for oil changes and they’ve been fine. I heard they sold to new owners. I just sent my wife with her car there for an oil change and to assess why it was leaking oil. They tell her the head gasket is leaking BADLY and the car shouldn’t be driven at all without fixing it. I took the car to my trusted great mechanic at Monterey Bay Automotive and asked him to assess it. He said, yes, there is a slight leak at the head gasket but he can tighten the bolts and get some more time out of it and for now just make sure to keep the oil level up. «Integrity» is a misnomer with these guys.
The owner of Integrity answered this with «sorry about your experience but our mechanic did correctly diagnose this to be a head gasket issue, did he not?» Yes, this is a head gasket leak, however, he told me it was a very bad leak and this car is not safe to drive without fixing it. That was an outright lie. My mechanic at Monterey Bay Auto said that this was a MINOR leak and should be watched but can go for a long time before it becomes a serious issue. In short the Integrity mechanic distorted the truth just to try to get a $ 1600 job out of this. Sorry but that is not «integrity» by my definition.

The guys at integrity always take good care of us. Great place to get a quick smog check. They send it electronically to DMV for you. If you get there early, they’ll knock it right out.

I have no idea how or why this place has such good reviews. Terrible. One should always be skeptical of a place that’s named something like ‘Integrity’ or ‘Trust Us.’ I brought my car in here when my starter stopped working and they were about to charge me over $ 500. After doing my research, I realized they were overpricing me by about $ 150. I called them and told them what I knew, and just like that, they knew they were caught in their tracks. They said, «Oh yeah, it looks like you have Triple AAA,» and, «Oh yeah the labor shouldn’t take that long.» They finally brought it down to roughly $ 350, but not after I had pushed the envelope a bit. Very shady.
Also, I have two other friends that have gone in for a ‘simple’ oil change and they simply screwed it up. They forgot to put the cap back on and my friend ended up doing more damage to their car due to their mistake. Please, please go somewhere else. Duncan Auto or Ernie’s is a great alternative. They have much more integrity, and they don’t need the business name to prove it.
