Nannette Benedict DDS & Associates

Dr. Benedict, Julianne, and her office staff are DELIGHTFUL. I had so much fun talking to them during my visit today. Dr. Benedict’s exam was very thorough and she didn’t rush me through as I’ve experienced at many other dentists. The office itself is brand new and beautifully decorated (it feels more like a spa than a dental facility!) I also really appreciated how the staff mapped out a care plan for me with projected costs and didn’t pressure me into scheduling ASAP. It was a wonderful experience and I’m looking forward to returning!

Both my daughter and husband are patients of Dr. Tina, one of Dr. Benedict’s associates. They are both very reluctant dental patients (which is putting it mildly!), but both are happy with the service and empathy they receive from the entire staff at this office. To me, that goes a long way!

Dr Benedict has been attending to my teeth since she was a dental assistant in Campbell, CA, and she is nothing short of amazing. Clear, calm, and confident in articulating all issues and available options. She also maintains a solid staff… since the beginning. It’s never fun for me having my teeth worked on, so I feel fortunate that I’ve never had to look further than Dr Benedict. I have absolutely 100% confidence in her.

I have been going to Dr. Benedict for years. Her and her team have been nothing short of amazing. Professionalism bundled with a great sense of humor… my kind of place.

Dr. Benedict, her dental assistants and office staff are top notch professionals with sincere care and concern for their patients. I will never need or want another dentist as long as Dr. Benedict is in town. I’ve had some pretty awful dental experiences in my life, and I simply could not be more satisfied with the care I have received from the entire team in this office.

I have been going to Nannette for about 37 years. I don’t like pain, and Nannette never makes me feel pain. For this reason I love her. She is gentle! She very skilled and her work is great. She is friendly and I enjoy talking with her when I am there. I live in San Jose but drive to Scotts Valley because she is just that good! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants good quality work with no pain! Thanks Nannette for being an excellent Dentist

Had heard some amazing things about this dentist office and was really excited to try it out! My parents love it, and I have some friends who enjoy it! However, my experience trying to book an appointment was less than pleasant.
I want to extend the benefit of the doubt and assume the receptionist (Cindy) may have just been having a bad day, but in any case, my excitement to try this new dentist was met with a very short (dare I say rude) women on the other end of the phone. She could not schedule me for two months, was very condescending and snippy in our conversation and made no effort to engage or accommodate my schedule as a teacher. I understand scheduling conflicts and have grace for that, but being rude in the process is not how I want to be treated as a customer (of which I am no longer one.)
Again, I hope it was a one time thing and maybe just a bad day, but I did not have a great experience and looked else where as soon as I hung up (or more accurately was almost hung up ON!) for my dental needs.

The office is in the new buildings along Scott’s Valley drive. The staff here is extremely helpful and eager to help you. They have high tech equipment, comfortable exam chairs, granite counter tops, nice carpet, open but private, and just an overall luxury dentist feel. They are welcoming and friendly and they all came a introduced themselves and made me feel at home. I would definitely come back here for regular cleanings and checkups. Unfortunately, while they do take my insurance company, somehow it’s out of my network. Dumb. My insurance will still cover 90% of the visit so I’ll probably be back.

I went to Dr. Benedict’s practice for 15 years, and now that I’ve moved to the other coast, I’d fly back to to see her if my insurance would cover it. Excellent skills, great chair-​side manner and always up to date on the technology — my teeth are terrible and I feel very lucky to have them so well maintained.

I have been going to Dr. Benedict for 16 years and have received excellent dental care from her and her team of courteous, efficient assistants. Karen Priest is the hygienist who keeps my teeth in optimal condition. I just completed a course of treatment using Invisalign and now have a beautiful new smile. Dr. Benedict guided this 15-​month process to make sure all was well every step of the way. I recommend Dr. Benedict to all.

Previously, I used to cringe going to the dentist, not anymore. I like going to Dr. Benedict’s dental office, they are a caring & efficient staff. I recently went to see Karen, dental hygienist to have my teeth cleaned and was also checked by Dr Benedict & everything was A-​okay! What a pleasant visit!

Dr. Benedict and her team have cared for my teeth for over 14 years. Even though I’ve moved several times, I always make the drive for their awesome treatment, service, expertise and technology. Karen Priest is an OUTSTANDING hygienist. Dr. B is a little dynamo with amazing skills and chair-​side manner. I haven’t had a cavity in 13 years. Any dental procedures are done meticulously, promptly, as absolutely pain-​free as possible and without being drugged out.
I’m thrilled they are relocating to a brand new building just up the street. It shows that their outstanding dental care has a well-​deserved growing fan base.

Nanette Benedict is both skilled and talented as a dentist, up to date on all procedures and techniques, and has a good sense of aesthetics (the overall look of my teeth is always better, not worse, after any major work is done). She is also a kind and compassionate person. The hygienists and the staff have always treated me very well too. I drive at least 30 minutes to get to her office, and consider it well worth the extra time.

I LOVE this dentist. I went to one in Ben Lomond that was so rude. Dr. Benedict is understanding, gentle and professional. The staff here is simply the BEST. I would never go anywhere else.
And someone reviewed that they had to wait and complained about the cancellation rules? Please, what medical office doesn’t have wait times and cancellation rules???

Nice little office, and the the dentist, Nannette, is very friendly. I got my teeth whitened here using a great Living Social deal and I love the results. It only took 20 minutes too!

DR. BENEDICT IS AN EXTREMELY TALENTED DENTIST. we have been patients of hers for 12 years. her hygenist Karen is wonderful. In the past she has had some other people working for her that were weird. One dentist was so into cleaning my teeth with water I felt drowned, another had a lot of personal problems and did not have goods skills with the patients.
We have learned to schedule our cleanings only with Karen and all is good.

I have been going to Dr. Benedict for 14 years and I am really pleased with the dentistry. They are always prompt and quite nice. I tend to freak out a little when i have to have cavities filled and Nannette is always really sweet and patient with me. I believe that she doesn’t try to sell me on a bunch of costly «preventative» BS like some other dentists who I have experienced. Recently I had a dental emergency that actually erupted on Christmas and when I called the emergency phone # for patients on the office voicemail, Dr. Benedict took the call and dealt with my issue. I give her office 2 thumbs up.

I am shocked at the negative reviews here! I am 30 years old and have a dental phobia so it took me YEARS to find a place I entrusted with my mouth. I have been with this office for over two years and ever though I live in San Francisco, I actually travel there to get work done. Funny enough, I am about to leave for an appointment and was looking up the address when I saw this, so I had to comment.
Nannette is wonderful! I even have a friend who lived with a dentist and when I spoke with her about Nannette she mentioned that she actually studied under her and was extremely inspired. I also showed her my treatment plan & she commented that the cost was really really good.
Her hands are small so they actually fit in my mouth, she is bright and warm. She also works with a lot of kids so she knows how to be gentle.
I had ONE problem there and it was with a hygienist and I have never been back to her. Nannette promptly called me when I left to find out what happened. Bad day or not, I don’t like people being rude!
So I heart Heidi and Nannette. I would write more, but like I said, I am off to see them now!

I recently changed dentists, partly because my gal pal works for a dentist and she said «Come to my dentist.» and I said «Ok.» It wasn’t a hard sell, because the last two times I’ve been here I had to wait 25 minutes. That’s pretty frustrating for an office that has very strict cancellation rules and is very insistent that you arrive early for your appointment… so that I can wait 40 minutes?
Also, the last two times I was here I kept getting asked why I don’t have kids and when will I have kids and aren’t you getting to the age where you should have kids? Um, that’s not the part of my body you should be thinking about.
