Nilson and Associates (formerly VR Office Solutions) is a full cycle and full service bookkeeping company. We have a location in Scotts Valley and Aptos.

Our goal has always been to provide the most accurate and up to date information possible, be the key point of contact and have 100% transparency when managing finances to elevate the majority of stresses felt when dealing with any financial maters.

In addition to offering top notch service we decided to maintain a small office in order to ensure that each customer experiences the upmost care and attention.

Kirk N.

Business Owner

Kirk Nilson is a driven, compassionate, and reliable bookkeeper. Since opening VR Office Solutions in 2011 he has expanded to two locations. One in Aptos CA and another in Scotts Valley CA. Kirk has recently taken his knowledge in corporate accounting and business management to expand and include estate management to the practice. With this addition he re-​branded from VR Office Solutions to NIlson and Associates.
