Scotts Valley Electrolysis

I have been receiving electrolysis here for over a year. Diana’s shop is small and quaint and I can understand it may not be a match for those seeking a sophisticated, stuffy salon. Diana is a mountain girl at heart and she lives and operates her business in a small town way, which to me is refreshing. She is professional, kind, and so understanding. She is great at what she does, and has helped me to finally tame my unruly eyebrows after decades of trying! She is only 1 of 2 electrolysis places in the area and her experience outranks the other. If you care more about the service than the salon, this is a great place for you and I highly recommend Diana.

I’ve been receiving electrolysis, from Diana for years now. She is a professional, gentle, warm lady. Always willing to accommodate my schedules, even Sunday afternoon!

For God’s sake don’t go here! I was calling around town to try to get an appointment for the day, and she was the only one that had availability (now I see why). When I went in, the room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Though I was turned off by this, I figured I would go forward with the appointment. Not even 10 seconds into treatment, her hands started shaking uncontrollably (which is a very uncomfortably feeling when she’s holding a needle by your face)! I was about to stop the appointment when she informed that her hands were shaking too much and she wouldn’t be able to continue. She offered for me to come back later in the day and she’d do it for free, but by that point I wanted to run away screaming for the hills. Needless to say, I never came back, nor would I ever, and I suggest you don’t either.
