History

Established in 1984.

Since 1984, The Camp Recovery Center has aided in the rehabilitation of thousands of addicted men, women and adolescents at our residential, 25-​acre facility located in Northern California. It is within this tranquil environment that is nestled in the Redwoods of the Santa Cruz Mountains that we provide these individuals with the opportunity to participate in our highly structured and successful drug and alcohol rehab program.

For almost three decades, our staff at The Camp Recovery Center has been incredibly successful in helping struggling individuals through cocaine, opiate, methamphetamine, alcohol and prescription drug addiction with our numerous professional and accredited services.

Pamela Alba, MA, LMFT

CEO, Camp Recovery Center

Pamela has 20 years of experience in providing multi-​disciplinary treatment for addiction, mental health disorders, and process addictions. She has worked in environments immersed in the 12-​step tradition as well as programs that provide multiple options to choose in developing a persons next steps toward a balanced and vibrant life.

Pamela brings to Camp Recovery Center 20 years’ experience developing clinical programs at some of the best addiction treatment centers in the country. She has written numerous published articles on addiction and PTSD. She has also appeared on «The Dr. Drew Show» and «Addicted».
