U.S. Bank

Very friendly and helpful staff. Reminds me of what a bank used to be I think when the tellers get to know instead of rushing you out for the next customer.
Keiri and Danielle are always friendly, helpful and diligent in finding the right product for me needs.

I have had a lot of banks in the 25 years I have been banking. I have had issues and this or that come up. It was very difficult to find a bank who can work with me when things come up without charging me a fortune. I found that the bankers here go out of their way to help me in all my banking needs. Danielle, Ventura and Chanelle, have been absolutely amazing. They even have kept in touch with me when they seen my account was having an issue, and called me back when I called. Keeping in touch with me all along the way. I also had a lot of transactions to take care of and was able to hand it directly to them, they took care of it for me so I could go on my way.
Chanelle is always so sweet and has a smile, and cares about my experience. She goes out of her way to check in with me about my needs. Danielle is also always smiling, helpful and on top of it. No matter what I have going on she keeps it really positive and upbeat. Its nice to have this kind of «team» when I go to the bank. I also applied for a loan, which Ventura went above and beyond to help me with. He checked in with me the whole time to let me know how things were going. He also made sure to let me know what would get me the best rates and the best credit support. Thanks guys!

I went to Chase and Bank of America to get help with a line-​of-​credit loan. I have accounts at both banks. They were unhelpful and took forever to get back to me. I walked into the US Bank in Safeway of all places and got personal and professional service. Mr Ventura the manager and his assistant Joseph made the process simple and called me with updates along the way. And the rates were excellent.
