Business Owner

Aaron Walker has worked in a variety of roles in the Finance and Services industry for over eighteen years. These roles include Financial Analyst, Business Planner, Pricing Analyst, Finance Manager, Director of Services, and Director of Business Relations. Aaron has consulted and taught Cost of Poor Quality Elimination to fortune 500 companies as a Six Sigma Blackbelt. He earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Arizona State University in 1998 and since, has pursued community focused, people friendly opportunities.

In 2002 Aaron began his career in mortgage lending and in 2005 he started Aaron LENDING, LLC as a way to have the control to do what was right for his customers, regardless of profit per transaction. The company was founded on the principle that the customer’s best interest is priority number one. In his current role as Owner and Broker, Aaron draws from vast business and financial experience to provide unparalleled value for his Customers and Partners.

I highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home. I was referred to Aaron by a colleague who had worked with him to refinance their house and I will happily pass the recommendation along. The entire process was quick and painless. Aaron was incredibly professional and directly involved throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions quickly and provided guidance on what my best options were. It only took 22 days to close on my refinance — this was from the time of my first Email to Aaron to the day we confirmed funding. Working with Aaron, it was incredible how quickly things got accomplished.
I’d also like to note the great lengths Aaron goes to for his clients. We needed to close before the Thanksgiving holiday to avoid paying additional interest for December. Aaron arranged for a notary to come to my house so we could get all the necessary papers signed and submitted before the deadline. I never though I would say that refinancing a home would be an enjoyable process, but in this case I can.
