Advanced Septic Solutions

They did a required septic inspection and repair work on my septic tank. Dug up our grass to get to the tank (10 feet deep) and performed the work as would be expected. When finished they just left all the ruts and piled on the dirt higher than the surrounding turf. Huge mess! Big rocks and dead grass everywhere. The weight of the equipment and digging even shifted (changed angle) of our sprinkler heads. They had red spray paint all over our yard and on our pavers. Right in the middle of our driveway! This all happened when we were out of town. When I returned I called them to ask if they could come out and maybe clean up their mess a little better. I was very very nice to the person answering the phone. I figured they probably had no idea about what job I was talking about. It turned out to be the person that did all the work and created the damage. He was nothing but a smart a**! Started complaining to me about how hard it was for him to get his equipment in and he probably «lost money»!? Like that’s my fault! When I asked him to just come out and cleanup he refused. He stated several times that he is not a «landscaper». I said the paint needs to be removed and he told me to contact the state. They marked it and they should fix it. When I called them they said they would come remove the paint but it is required that the contractor do it. I was nothing but nice to this guy and then he mentioned how I should «hire an attorney». What?! I never brought up anything like. This was a matter of professionalism and pride on ones work. You know when you hear «sue me» or something like that from a business person they are no stranger to the court system! I did hire a professional landscaping company to repair the yard and sprinklers to the tune of $ 500. You’ve been warned!!!

I couldn’t have asked for better service than what I received with Advanced Septic. Got 3 previous job estimates from other local companies, and although advanced septic was more expensive than 1 other company I talked to, the service I received was exceptional. I was well educated, kept up to date on all repairs and the men that worked on my property were respectful and sooooo nice!
If I ever need these services again, Ill DEFINITELY use Advanced Septic.
