Amazing Lash Studio – McDowell Mountain Ranch

Poor customer service from front desk, left a tip in cash for stylist and they never received it. Try to schedule appointment with my stylist several times, was told she was unavailable, only to find out she was.
I do not recommend this studio.

I’ve had eyelash extensions before and I’ve never been so impressed before thanks to amazing lash studio! It’s a really cute place that makes you feel comfortable being in. The front desk girls are so pleasant! I had Caroline do my eyelash extensions and she’s the sweetest girl! She’s new but extremely knowledgable, they definitely train their employees great! Not only does she do great lashes but she’s also a really nice person too! I love my lashes and I’m going to be so addicted to this place for now on! Thanks Amazing Lash Studio!

I like my lashes full & gorgeous so that’s the style I picked. The names of the styles to choose from are true to how they sound, cute are just that «cute» and so on
I’ve had my eyelashes done before elsewhere and had a terrible experience so I was very nervous coming here. But all my anxiety & fear went out the window when I met «Colby» she was knowledgeable, professional, kind, gentle and friendly. I love nice people !!
I had been to the Tatum & shea location 3weeks prior. The lashes lasted 3 weeks until I needed a touch up & I was very happy with them. The only reason I went to the Tatum location was because Frank Loyd Wright was full. Most the ladies at the other location were nice as well.
The waiting room is lovely, very clean, natural suns light & open. I wish they’d offer beverages but oh well, the technician brings you back to a private room & asks if you’ve had them done before & asks if you have any makeup on, if so you have to remove everything! She goes over styles including length & fullness.
They offer a blanket & have you lay down with a comfy round pillow that goes under your feet, they make sure your comfortable. I totally fell asleep with my headphones in. They do have soft spa like music playing which was a nice touch.
She proceeded to put cool soft pads under my eyes & tape on the top of the lid. She brushes the natural lashes & gets right to work.
Be prepared to spend 2 hours on your first visit
About 1 hr each eye. On refills it’s about 30min each eye
They use pharmaceutical grade adhesive that you must not get wet for 24 – 48 hrs and when you do start your make up again when removing make sure you use a water based remover otherwise oil based with dissolve the glue & you’ll be shedding lashes.
The process is very gentle, no burning from the adhesive since it never comes in contact with your skin. Synthetic eyelashes are placed about 1 mm away from your skin.

the first application is $ 79.99 instead of $ 250
Thereafter refills are $ 45.99 they charge you every month and have you sign a contract it’s for 12months which kinda sucks but if your going to keep up with them then it’s cool. The only way to cancel it is a note from your Doctor or if you move more than 30 miles away from the nearest lash studio.
If you do not use your lash refill in that month then IT DOES roll over which is nice. You get 10%off all products that they sell. Beware of the cancellation policy, no show or same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled price. So if you must cancel do so at least 24 hrs in advance.
They also have a refer a friend program if you give your friends name for example Melissa Gordoa they will look it up in the system & you get their member discount on all services & discount rate on all products which is kinda cool
I’m not digging the long ass membership agreement that I had to read but I’m committed now so here we go. So far I love them and I hope you give them a try too! You’ll feel FabuLASH

I’m never disappointed with my lashes! Not only do they look great but they really last unlike other places. You won’t regret!

Signed up for the membership, very convenient, they fit me in last minute and I feel like I can keep my lashes up now with their type of system. The lashes look and feel great, I get many compliments and I think it’s a much better deal this way then at other studios! Excited!!! :)

Bonique is the friendliest lash stylist I have met, she made my first experience wonderful, she was talkative and considerate of all my questions and comments! She made my lashes look natural and beautiful!

I’m a very picky person and took me awhile to decided where to go did some research and came upon this place. My first time was not the best experience because I have sensitive skin and allergies. My first set gave me a allergic reaction but the manager was very professional. Gave me instructions and to wait for 48 hours to make before removal, also called each day to see how I was doing. At the end of it I did get then removed with no charge and got a whole new set replaced with another last specialist which I love! I’m addicted to them now and only go to one gal which she is the reason I come back because she is perfection! Everyone I have come across is professional and friendly. I do have to the membership and would recommend. Thank to all the amazing people at Amazing Lash Studio!

I love my lashes & this studio! They do an awesome job every time! The music is nice & soothing and I even can fall asleep some times! All the women are really nice and the techs are super gentle! I have signed up for a membership and highly recommend them!

I’ve been mulling over the idea of eyelash extensions for a year now and I finally decided to just go for it, and boy am I glad I did!
I came here and did the introductory offer for a full set. I started with the natural set and went from there (I seem to go fuller and longer each time I visit) I’ve have a couple people do my fills, Jamie and Paloma. Both are amazing! The studio is quiet and clean.
If you follow their instructions, your lashes will stay intact pretty well. Once you’ve decided that you like having lashes and want to keep them up, I highly recommend signing up for the membership, as it will save you a lot of money.
Tip: if you’re going for the first time, be prepared to be laying there a good two hours for your first consultation and application. Fills are easier, and you can be in and out within 45 mins to an hour!

This is my first time getting eyelash extention and I totally love the result. Jamie did such a good job, she was very careful and professional, the lashes are light and gorgeous. They make my eyes appear bigger and they cover up the scar on my left eye so well, I can’t even see it myself.

I have been to three different places for eyelash extensions in the past year before coming to the Amazing Lash Studio. This place has everything that I was looking for! I love the different style choices. Instead of only having the opportunity to select different lash lengths and thickness, I was able to select a particular style as well.
I cannot stress enough about how nice it is to have a private room! The most expensive place that I have tried in North Scottsdale did not have private rooms. I had to listen to other clients chatter right next to me while having the extensions applied. At Amazing Lash Studio I nap blissfully during my refills.
I have had issues with glue sensitivity at other salons. Yesterday, my Lash Stylist, Ann, took her time to discuss the scenarios that I had experienced. She applied a new full set with Amazing Lash Studio’s regular glue and I am not having a reaction at all.
Overall, it is a lovely experience from the moment you walk in the door. The appointments are shorter that the other places that I have been (first full set only an hour and a half vs. two hours and forty-​five minutes at the upscale salon). The introductory set and membership are a no-​brainer.
I am hooked!

After going the first time and being very dissatisfied, they offered to fix them. I walked out in under 2 hours and they looked amazing! Very happy with their customer service as well as fixing them to look stunning!

The girls are very professional and well trained at amazing lash studio. I love my lashes and I am verrry picky when it comes to eyelash extensions. I like that this is a franchise because you can tell everyone is trained the same and they know what they are doing.

I got lashed applied last week. I was nervous since It was my first time doing this. They turned out beautiful. A few pro’s you’ll appreciate after they’re applied… waking up with lashes and swimming with lashes. A couple things i ddnt know before i went… set aside 2 hours for your first appointment. Also you cannot get them wet for 48 hours
