This is a great place to get your car worked on. Everyone is friendly and professional. The service was timely and the pricing seemed fair. I would recommend them over large dealerships!!!

I am new to Scottsdale was told about this place from the management of my complex. Chris was so good with getting me scheduled and greeting me after they looked at my Jaguar they cleared the codes and said come back when I get another engine light. No charge great! I felt very comfortable with Autohaus they will be my new service place!

We shipped an older Mercedes here for our second home. Based on Internet reviews, we made an appointment with AutoHaus to have it checked out. All the positive reviews are true. They do not try and oversell, and have quick service. Charles is as straightforward as they get and as my husband says” earned a customer for life”. Excellent business!

I seriously cannot believe these reviews and think they must be fake. Three weeks ago I called for a quote on a service for my BMW. I was told I would get a call right back. After three days I figured it was a fluke and called back again. I was told I would be called right back. 2.5 weeks later… still no returned call. I just don’t get. If they can not bother returning a call on a $ 2000 Inspection 2 I’m not sure how they would value small service appointments…

Was referred here by a friend, and I am now a customer for life! After servicing my 2002 BMW w/​the dealer (only have 80k miles), and tired of the crazy upcharging for labor and parts, I won’t trust my baby with anyone else from now on. Charles, Chris and the entire Autohaus team were spot on with what I needed to take care of, and gave me suggestions (not the hard sell) on items coming up that would need to be taken care of. They even stayed open after closing so I could pick up my car. Great service, excellent pricing, and superb and honest service. Can’t ask for anything more from a local business that I will continue to support, and recommend. Well done, guys!

Coming from a long line of American muscle cars I was pretty clueless about how a luxury car should sound and feel while driving. After driving my car for a month I could just tell something was not right… I called them up and spoke to Charles and tried to describe what I was feeling when I drove the car… He knew exactly what I was talking about even over the phone. Sensing the concern I had for my newly purchased Mercedes, we scheduled an appointment for him to throw it under the scope and on the lift to see what was really going on. We took it for a spin and he knew right away it was a tranny mount from the vibration. He was so nice and informative about everything from start to finish. The detailed paperwork he gave me with all his findings made it extremely easy to take to the dealership I bought my car from so they could fix it. The staff at Autohaus was amazing and I definitely felt like they cared. I will most definitely be back for any and all service needs including the oil change that’s due soon! Autohaus was recommended to me by a client. Being new to the area I didn’t know where to take my MBZ. Charles and his staff have been awesome. I have a 1996 S420 and she causes me some problems here and there. I was told by one place close to my house that it was going to cost me approximately $ 3100 to fix the issue of my car not starting. I had it towed to Autohaus, Charles was able to make the repair for under $ 200. I then had an issue with my transmission and again it was potentially a $ 2500 repair, Charles was able to find a fix for the problem for under $ 500. I HIGHLY recommend Autohaus. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. Honest and friendly staff. My car was in and out quicker than I had though it would be. I hate to think my car will break down again, but if it does I will be back. Thanks for taking care of my Benz.

Chris took good care of me when I came in with a leaky water pump– not only was it a great deal, Autohaus also took care of a few extra issues (that I knew of) at a price that was way less than expected. They care enough about their work to ensure it was done right, and made sure I was completely put back in order. It’s just a good deal all around.
They have my business as long as I have my BMW and I“m here.

Yes! Take your car to Chris, over at the Autohaus of North Scottsdale! I used them recently for a couple of different repairs and they were professional, efficient with my time, and fairly priced. I now consider them my go-​to for my Mercedes!

Ultimate Testament to Charles Gonzalez & Autohaus
So, here’s my Autohaus story…
About 5 – 6 months ago Charles told me I needed to replace my gas tank and related components at a cost of $ 3,000 BUT instead of just doing the work he said there may be a MB recall. So Charles went online pulled up the information, printed it off, gave it to me and then sent me to Schumacher where he had been the Service Manager to see if the repair could be covered through a dealership always keeping me paramount in his concern as opposed to his own self-​interest and the needs of his business.
After a long delay like a couple of weeks Schumacher told me the best they could do was to do the repair and match Autohaus’ bid of $ 3,000. Since I was already in a Dealer loaner car, I asked Charles if he would mind if I just had the repair done there since they had already ordered the parts and I was in their loaner and of course he said go right ahead but he had just lost a $ 3,000 repair that he was entitled to since he referred me there originally.
The repair was done and I paid $ 3,000 for what I felt should have been covered under a recall but wasn’t. I was not a happy camper by any means!
A few weeks ago I stopped in to ask Charles to listen to an unusual fan noise coming from my dashboard. When I was there he said do you know that your gas tank repair might be covered by a recall and I just received a notice of it.
Long story short, I called Schumacher and spoke with the head of the service department and was told they would submit the paperwork to MB on my behalf. Hmmm, why didn’t they call me and tell me about this???
A few weeks later I got a check in the mail from MB for $ 3,000!!! If not for Charles I would never have known about this and wouldn’t have gotten any money back at all.
I don’t know about any of you, but this is an anomaly in any business today in my experience…
I have an E55 that I’ve spent almost $ 18,000 repairing so I have a lot of experience with their shop and just can’t say enough about it, them and Charles in particular!
So, if you need your car serviced, and they do BMW and other imports too, take your car there!

Extremely glad I found this place. I used to take my BMW for service at the dealership, which I will never do again. Jeremy was honest and straightforward from the start. I had an engine light come on, which was misidentified from my dealer, so I took it to Autohaus and was told I in fact had a completely different issue causing the light to come on. The dealer wanted to replace my vacuum hose and pump to the tune of $ 2,000+. Jeremy identified that issue as well but said it could wait and was not an urgent matter. He gave me a new, lower quote and explained the issue in depth. The engine light was on due to a crank case cover. (My car has 70K miles FYI.) They fixed that for a couple hundred, and the car runs great. Feels great to save that kind of money and walk away feeling like I was given correct, and straight information. This place is outstanding. I am moving to Columbus OH this month, and I am going to take it in for one more service before I leave, simply because I doubt I’ll find an equal shop in my new city.

This is definitely the place to take your BMW or Mercedes. My fiancé has a Mercedes, and I have a BMW… both are a little older, and need some belly rubs here and there. My fiancé has been here on multiple occasions, and has had nothing but Top Notch service… I finally got to experience how great these guys are on Monday, especially Jeremy. Of course over the weekend I had a couple of issues with my BMW, called Jeremy on Monday morning, and he got me in within 30 minutes, diagnosed what the issues were, and had it all fixed for me later on that afternoon. I really appreciate how helpful and friendly Jeremy was, as well as all the service techs too (sorry I cant remember the name of the nice guy who showed me the cool BMW computer stuff). If you have any car issues, you need to call Jeremy, and get to Autohaus of North Scottsdale. Thank you for everything you guys!

This is the place to go if you have a BMW, especially an older one or one out of warranty.
Twice I have taken my 2007 3 series there and they have not charged me to take a look at it. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable about BMWs, honest and straight forward. I have saved thousands by going to them instead of a BMW dealership that wanted to charge me thousands for unnecessary repairs.
If you need a loaner, they work with the Enterprise on Scottsdale Rd. & Shea. Enterprise will even pick you up. They have nice rentals and their staff is nice as well.

I am SO incredibly grateful I found this place!!! Jeremy is awesome as is everyone that works there. Ive had some issues with my recently paid off Benz… perfect timing of course, and theyve been nothing but accomodating! I would much rather give my money to this family owned business then some big dealership. They’re the best!!! I def reccomend checking them out!

I brought my car in because the check engine light came on stating it was a small vapor leak in the fuel system. They quoted me $ 60 to find out what was wrong with it. Brought it in, and they couldn’t find the problem because they needed to a more extensive smoke test to find where the leak was which costs $ 200. However they said they would deduct the first $ 60 from the cost and credit the total diagnostic expenses toward the repair. I brought it back for the smoke test and they stated a gasket at the fuel sending unit needed to be replaced which was a $ 25 part. Total cost was around $ 240 with taxes. As soon as I drove home, the check engine light came on again for the same problem. Brought it back for the 3^rd time, and they stated there was a clamp the mechanic didn’t tighten properly which caused it. Great. Soon as I drove home again the light came on again. I went back again for the 4^th time and they redid the smoke test. They discover the fuel sending unit itself was leaking and was hoping it was just the gasket. They quoted $ 270 for the part and 4 hours of labor to change it out. They stated they would only charge me 3 hours because of the prior diagnosis. Unfortunately, I had already paid for 2 hours of labor not 1 hour, but they wouldn’t give me the credit as promised initially. In addition, I found out on the mercedes forums that the problem is very common, but it only takes 2 hours to do the job. I confronted them with this and Charles denied it stating it would be a minimum 3 hour job. I went to Schumacher Mercedes dealership and bought the original part for $ 230 from their parts department and changed the fuel sending unit myself. I followed the instructions posted on the forums by other members and finished the job in an hour and a half easily. In addition, I also inquired about a burning rubber smell coming from the engine. They said it was the expansion plugs at the back of the engine that were leaking oil onto the exhaust — easy fix 1 hour job $ 200. I found out that the plugs were just plastic caps that costed $ 25 from the dealer and took 10 minutes to change out — simply pry off with a screwdriver and pop back in. This is what happened when I went there. Wouldn’t recommend going there even if their labor rate is $ 98 or whatever compared to the dealership’s $ 139 — seem to be quoting more hours to do work and not crediting what they’re supposed to on diagnosis time or taking credit for screw ups.

These guys are terrific. They do quality work at reasonable prices. They have done complete services for us and also dropped everything to solve a minor problem for which the total charge was $ 5 for the part. If you live anywhere in Scottsdale find their shop.

Been here twice. First time to fix a broken window regulator and the second time to get a checkup. All the techs have been extremely honest and I’ve never felt taken advantage of. I spent over a grand on updates to my car there and I could’ve spent more but again, they’re honest and didn’t pressure me to do everything that they said. It’s family owned & run (they’re originally from the bay area so of course I’ve got a soft spot!) If you have car problems, need a check up, or need a second opinion, they won’t steer you wrong (pun intended).

These guys are great! I Even though they specialize in Mercedes, they never have a problem with my BMW X5. The owner, Charles, knows what he is doing and never tries to up-​sell you on unnecessary work. Mary (Charles’ wife) is a really sweet lady who always gives me a ride home and picks me up when the car is ready. While Aurohaus doesn’t have loaner cars like the dealership, they are extremely competent, trustworthy, and charge reasonable prices for their services.

I found these folks on Google, and just walked in the shop to check it out to ask about their services. They are THE nicest people. It’s a family-​owned business, and I felt like I made new friends.
I had a simple repair to the brake light system that needed to be done and it was done very fast and at a good price… far less sticker shock than the dealer. They are from the SF Bay Area, and Charles the lead/​owner worked at some of the big Mercedes places back there, so that factoid gave me lots of confidence.
Am definitely taking my car back there for service again. It’s so nice to go to a place where they treat you like you’re from the neighborhood :)
