I didn’t expect to want to review this place at all, let alone give it 5 stars.
But WOW — what a GREAT experience.
I showed up with a flat tire on my bicycle. Within minutes the guy had found the issue, gotten the replacement part out of a box, and fixed my bike right up. I was good to go for $ 20.
Excellent customer service. Fast, great work. Very impressive.

Terrible shop extremely expensive little options just needed my handlebar tightened up in my tires inflated a service labor charge of $ 80 plus parts extremely unreasonable not sure why

this place is the bomb! i bought my mountain bike here in october of 2014 — the attendent was well informed and helped me pick the perfect bike for my needs. since than ive gotten numerous compliments while riding it and one flat. i went in for a tune up and to replace my tire and was expecting an expensive bill. to my delight the tune up and the tire was only 15 dollars! what a great deal. i love the free maintenance for life thing that comes with all of their bikes. its especially amazing that i live right down the street so if anything ever happens to my bike theyre so close. i buy all of my biking accesories here.

This store is a fine place to shop for a bike. I went in looking for a cruiser and Ross could not have been nicer. The customer service was great. The only reason I can’t give the store five stars is because of selection. They had no men’s three-​speed cruisers in stock and I was dying to walk out of there with a new three-​speed. Bikes of Scottsdale is a nice bike store but on this day selection was very limited. If you are shopping for a bike, I recommend making this store one of your first stops and having Ross help you. I would have purchased here but found another bike that I liked better at one of their competitors.
