Black Mountain Behavioral Health is licensed by the State of Arizona Department of Health as an outpatient treatment clinic. We provide a broad range of behavioral health services, including individual, group, and family/​couples therapy for various concerns. Our facility is staffed by licensed psychologists with specific training in clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and treatment of substance use disorders. We offer an intensive outpatient treatment program for alcohol/​drug related issues, and medication management services through an independently licensed psychiatric nurse practioner.

Our facility is licensed by the State to provide all DUI related services including screening/​evaluation, education, and treatment (Court and/​or ADOT-​MVD ordered).
