This place was my fabric lifesaver. I found contemporary styles and colors here that were lacking in the three other home décor fabric stores I had previously visited. In fact, I found so many fabrics I loved it was hard to choose. I’ll be going back for future fabric projects. Only down side is the prices are not cheap. The day I went I was told prices were half off the red mark down price, otherwise I would have been paying in the thousands for the fabric I bought. When I asked how often they have that kind of sale I was told «not often».

R you kidding me… Sign reads 40% of lowest listed price. Went to order a fabricand told the 40% didn’t apply! The sign did not list any exceptions to the discount. To add insult to that he was charging me shipping from his warehouse to the store. I decided to pass on the $ 89.99/per yard fabric.
Went to Fabric Depot and found the same fabric for $ 38.99/yard, no shipping.
Beware…no Bargains here
