Brighton Ranch Paint & Body

So like everyone on here I want to find the best place to take my car so when I looked and found Brighton Ranch I found that they had 5 stars no one had anything really bad to say, so I took my car over and I assumed they were going to do a professional job since no one had any bad reviews I do not let anyone touch my car I do all the work on my own so all I wanted to do was to find the status of my car they got pissed off at me when I asked how it was going they said don’t worry about it we’ll take care of it well that was a lie. When I finally got my car which was one week over due I find my car and what looked to be washed with just water and the filthiest towel they had crammed in there shop there was no clean spot on my car even on the spot they «fixed» which got me heated because if you pay for a business to paint your car you assume they would wash the car and show you what a fine work they did well not so much with Brighton, that bugged me but I love washing my car so I let it slide so I washed my mustang a week later and find out I had a lot of over spray and I was Pissed so they keeped my car a week late, they wouldn’t let me check up on the status and now I have over spray what a half ass job what were they doing the whole time scratching their ass and now I find out they broke my door trimings and plastic clips my advice for anyone looking for a body shop is take you car here if you drive a beater and don’t care the outcome this isn’t worth your time

I was in a car accident the week of Thanksgiving last year. My car sustained almost $ 15,000 in damage. My mechanic, Tom at Advanced Goodyear, told me to take my car to see Mark at Brighton ranch. They did a great job, always kept me updated and, even during the holidays, they finished my car pretty much on time. They did a great job. No offense at all but I’m hoping I will never need their body shop again. However, if I do, they will be the 1^st people I call.

I had my car damaged in a rear end collision and Mark and the team did a wonderful job getting the car back in as good as new condition. Could not be happier about either the work quality or customer service. I am a fan of Brighton Ranch Paint & Body and recommend that business to anyone who needs paint or body work completed on their car.

I had a great experience working with Mark and his team. I had to fix my tailgate on my F150. After discussing options with Mark, I felt very comfortable moving forward with the work. Pricing was very good and he walked me through the process. He set my expectations appropriately, set a time for me to drop off the tailgates and was finished in appropriate time. The work was wonderful and I was very happy with the results. I wold definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking for body work, big or small. He takes pride in quality of his shop.

My 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser had a run in with the neighbor’s cinder block mail box. The flared wheel well and rear tail light were a mess. Got it back looking good as new, right on time — when they said it would be done. And it only hurt my pride and my pocket book a little. Fast, honest, good quality work. Thanks Brighton!

I took my Mazda 3 Hatchback in here to have a part replaced a few months back and I feel bad that it has taken me until now to write a review! Mark and his team were great! After a very quick inspection of my car, Mark told me that he would need to get the part from the Mazda dealership. He estimated a very reasonable price and let me know that he would call me when the part was in. I was thinking it would take a few days, but they got the part in that very same day! I took my car in during lunch and they installed it in under an hour! Mark was very pleasant to work with and they were all very trustworthy and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone needing body work who wants their car and their pocketbook to leave happy!

Mark did an amazing paint job on my hood and back bumper, it looks as good as new! Highly recommend his service to anyone needing body work no doubt!
The only con I can think of is as I was on my way to pick it up, called me when I was 5 min away telling me it wasn’t quite ready. This just illustrates how highly they are on attention to detail.
They also vacuumed and cleaned up my car a little bit and that looked great too! I opened my center console and found $ 20! I didn’t know I had it in my car and they didn’t take it either, which shows how dedicated they are with customer satisfaction and integrity.

Great experience from start to finish! Mark is great person. He’s very helpful and easy to talk to. The BMW bumper looks like new! I would definitely recommend Brighton Ranch Paint & Body!

I found Brighton Ranch very efficient. They arrange a car rental and paid it. .The bumper looked brand new. And the car was ready when it was promised. Will use them again if needed. And will recommend them to my friends. 5 stars to them.

I had a scratch on my car that needed to be buffed out. My mom and I went to brighton because she had used them before. There was one gentleman there even though the shop was closed. He was amazing so nice and helpful. He took the scratch out right then and there gratis. It was wonderful I will definitely use them for all my car repair needs.

I just got my 2003 Honda back from the shop. They repainted my front bumper which was damaged by road debris that chipped away at my car over the years. My car looks fabulous and the price was fair. I highly recommend doing business with Brighton Ranch Paint and Body.

I accidently backed right into my garage door while trying to leave and did some damaging to the door and back of my Acura TSX. I was so bumped and looked up the internet for an auto body shop. I accidently (again) went to a glass shop and they didn’t do painting but the owner recommended Brighton Ranch Paint and Body to me as he said he knew them for a long time and they’re great!
So I took upon the recommendation and went and so glad I did. They did a great job fixing my car and also gave me a discount cuz my insurance messed up and didn’t respond.

I had a slight bumper issue and needed my trusty «Roaddog» repaired. I have to say that not only was it done quickly and to perfection, it was also done at the price quoted. They are not only friendly but the shop is clean and organized. I recommend them highly.

Yep… traveling through Phoenix on way to San Fran and had a «fender bender» that left my car all crunched up… was told Brighton ranch body shop was the place to go… was told right about that… they did a great job. These last few years the paint on my hood and roof of my otherwise trusty Tacoma was falling off. So I decided to look up paint and body shops by work and found Brighton to have really good reviews. I can see why now. The owner Mark House is easy to work with providing great customer service, from the estimate being spot on to the final bill all the way to the rental car coordination. He threw in a free buff of my whole truck even the headlights. When I picked it up the inside was cleaned as well. I happily handed over my debit card. Highly recommended!

My vehicle was badly sideswiped while parked in a parking structure. The damage to an otherwise nearly mint condition vehicle was extensive. I had previously had excellent work done by Brighton Paint & Body so took it there for an estimate. Mark and Kelly handled everything with Allstate, got a realistic repair estimate approved by the adjuster, kept in touch to update me on the status of the work, and did an absolutely AMAZING job of making my truck look like nothing had happened!
Not only was the paint & body work done to an excellent standard, they did some «extras» at no extra cost without making a big deal out of it. My truck looks great and I am 110% satisfied.
I would HIGHLY recommend Brighton Paint & Body to anyone who wants his/​her vehicle returned to «as new» condition at a very reasonable cost, in a timely manner, with great customer service thrown in as an added bonus.

Unfortunately, I got into another collision recently and again, went to Brighton Ranch. Again, they did a great (and timely) job and were super nice.
I was thinking about why I like this shop so much and I think it’s because not only do they fix your car but also they make you feel secure — sort of like you know they will treat you right. At a lot of auto repair places, you don’t really know that. Here, they will fight for you to make sure the insurance company buys original parts. That happened in this case — the insurance company wanted to put in used parts and Kelly at Brighton fought for me to get an original part.
I promise I am not related to this business or any of its employees, although it sounds like it. I just think that people who do a spectacular job of service ought to be commended.

I just picked up my car from Brighton Ranch body shop today and without being asked or enticed I am happily writing a review of my experience.
I had a minor accident after I moved here last month. I searched on Unilocal and found this shop nearby so I went for an estimate. I also went to another shop that my insurance company referred and had a similar estimate. Kelly the manager is super nice and patient and he followed up with me a few times in the following weeks while the other shop didn’t even call once. I decided to drop my car with him because he followed up with me. And he finished the entire body work in less than the promised time (in 3 days vs 5 days of the other shop)!
I am very happy about my experience being the newbie in town. If you are unfortunately involved in an accident like me be sure to visit Kelly to get an estimate! It’s the people who makes or fails a business. Kelly is the maker and a keeper! Thanks Kelly!

I came here for an estimate on some damage on my car. I found them through Unilocal and because of their great reviews went here. Kevin Mitchell was wonderful. I felt completely at ease here and he showed me where I actually had more damage on my car than I thought I did. He wrote up an estimate for me and did not try to get me to schedule that day or push me into anything. Once I get my estimate done through my insurance, I will definitely come back here to get the work done because I feel they will do great work and they care about their results and their customers.
