History

Established in 2010.

Dr. Meharry has been licensed to practice Optometry since June 2010 and joined Ophthalmologist Dennis L. Kilpatrick, MD of Scottsdale Eye Physicians & Surgeons in Scottsdale, AZ in February of 2015 after having worked alongside Scottsdale’s Pearle Vision and Experts on Sight in Gilbert, AZ. Prior to moving to Scottsdale, Dr. Meharry practiced Optometry in New York City and Las Vegas. She completed her Doctorate of Optometry at the Southern California College of Optometry in 2010 following completion of a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at LaSierra University in Riverside, CA in 2006.

Dr. Meharry stays active within the community by volunteering with local youth programs and was awarded VIP Woman of the Year with the National Association of Professional Women for the year of 2013 – 2014. She was also been recognized by Leaders in Healthcare and Continental Who’s Who as an Honored Member of their organization.

As a born and raised Canuck from Calgary, AB Canada, Dr. Meharry enjoys hockey games, camping, hiking, swimming, stand-​up paddle boarding, live theater, and spoiling her Pug!

Dr. Meharry is passionate about the profession of Optometry and is excited to provide Arizona with superior eye health and vision.
